We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It took forever to cool down and I was tired from a day from visitting family in the hospital and just wanted to go to bed. I couldn't because it was so hot in the room.

United States of AmericaThere were 2 single doors at the end of the building. The left one went into the lobby. Several people sitting outside the door semi crowding getting inside. The right door also accessed the lobby but had the stairs immediately inside to the right and the ice machine next to the stairs. People filling their coolers blocked the hall & staircase so you had to wait until they were done. Our room was spacious but the bedspread was definitely old. The bed was comfortable though. Little League was in town so it was a bit noisy but really not the fault of the hotel itself.

The property was clean,comfortable bed and quiet. The staff was very friendly. The room had everything I needed and the AC unit ran even (didn’t kick off and on, like so many do) The curtains blocked all the light. I had a great night sleep!
