The room needs a makeover but it seriiously doubt it will happen under current ownership/management. The staff was not professional. They seemed to care little whether I was there or not.

It appears to me that the owners are simply milking the place for what they can get out of it. They are not re-investing back into it. The room really could use a makeover. It's very dated. Damage on the ceiling. Paint drips left on the tub. Absolutely nothing in the kitchenette drawers and cabinets. The room was quiet and the water pressure in the shower was very good. These were the best part of my overnight stay.

The house keeping manager lady has no customer service skills, she was rude beating on my door like the police after I just checked in early. I’m still pissed off.

I didnt know it was an outdoor facility because the one where i live is not. Had i have known i wouldnt have booked. I feel unsafe when people can just walk up to your door. It Couldve been cleaner. Tub needs to be replaced. Sink was clogged.

The price was good, but room needed work. Loved the big screen tho.

The room had a musty smell, and the bathrooms needed more updating. Toilet was old and not secured to the floor. Caulking in the bathroom showed dirt and mold, which was a sign of not being cleaned properly.

Had to walk up to TV to use remote there is literally no vending machines or ice machines there but cameras everywhere so I felt safe nice customer service also

I didn't like the fact that every time I walked my service dog they would come running to the room and I would have to explain that we took care of that at check-in. We showed his card and we had a reasonable accomodation letter. We checked out early. They charged us for the rate given. The next day,they charged me for the dog. 219.52

I didn’t like how there was dirt all over the counters, it looked like the ceiling in the bathroom was just done as there was paint chipping EVERYWHERE. The smell of the room was musty

Outside area was full of cigarette butts, sidewalks needed cleaned, ice machine didn’t work, sink in room was almost clogged.

Breakfast was disappointing with poor selection of bread,muffins,waffles,and juice. I also didn't like the fact that they won't allow you to leave the breakfast room with anything for someone in your group. They would rather see you their it away in the garbage. That's just crazy. I only wanted to give my 4 year old 3 mini blueberry muffins. The was very disappointing 😔

The room was beautifully decorated. Fresh,clean white linens and crisp sheets! The beds are so comfy and cozy and this hotel has the best channel selection of any hotel I've stayed in this past 6 months.

My mattress had an indention on one side that was quite unbelievably deep. My son said he saw a kitchen worker barefoot sitting with his feet up on sink in the kitchen. But since the breakfast doesn’t include any cooked food I suppose that didn’t matter much.

Ample parking, I was towing my boat and had plenty of space to park. Clean. Good location. Price was decent. Staff in lobby was friendly.
