We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Had to walked back downstairs to get card activated. Had a fire drill 3am in the morning, and went to call the front desk and telephone didn't have a cord. United States of AmericaThe internet was slow. The room, even though it was nonsmoking, smelled of cigarettes. That includes the sheets and bedspread. I had to Febreeze everything and leave the door open to get the smell out. Water damage to the ceiling and shower curtain had mold.
I like where the hotel was located. There was food places within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Didn't like dumpster outside door in parking lot. Pool was closed down. Looked like pool house had damage. But wasn't using the pool anyway.
Close to 95. Pet friendly. Desk clerk was friendly. Bed was ok for 1 night.
