We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaGood choices were ok, but need to have more variety-maybe local bakery or fruit choices. Could not get thermostat to regulate either. The room got very cold.
Room was ok, but everytime we went out we had to fix the door stopper so the door would shut. The stopper needs replaced.

United States of AmericaShould have said on website that free shuttle is only on Friday and Saturday. So no shuttle on Sunday. One reason I picked it because parking downtown is bad. 1st Room ac not working they gave us a room next to it ok.couldnt get the TV remote to work lady at front desk said you have to point it at the light on the tv.duh all remotes do. So I got it to work by standing at the tv.wanted some water there is vending machine no prices I asked okay only takes cash only ones and change 2.50 a drink which is a bit high. Front desk gave me change. I pushed button for water. Empty no water. So got no water.lobby doors locked at night and in early morning. Have to use your key card to get in. Took several tries to work no personal in lobby or at the front desk. Saw a lady for front desk but she kept disappearing. Breakfast was okay. Not alot of choice

United States of AmericaThe AC kept making a loud noise when it would come on. It woke me up every time. I got no sleep our first night so I was exhausted the next day and it affected our entire trip. The second night I did go but me a fan to drown out the noisy AC.

We had difficulty with the TV, you had to sit in the chair in the corner of the room in order for the remote to work. Maintenance had to show us the way it worked.
They had a free shuttle to the trolley tours.

CanadaThey charged us $25 for early check in. In all my experience of traveling I have never had this charge occur. If a room is ready they check you in or hold your bags for you until check in time. Seemed a bit like a money grab.

She was not kind at the check in and worse at the checkout when she had to personally inspect our room that had been inspected 30 minutes prior by a fellow employee. all of this to get my $100 deposit back.
