Breakfast was difficult to maneuver because the actual space is limited. We took the stairs because the only elevated was usually busy and they needed daily vacuuming.

The main areas, lobby, pool and breakfast areas were clean and well kept. Great pool and hot tub. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Loved the lemonade and flavored water available in the lobby.

The double beds I didn't realize it was only double beds we are both smaller than the normal size now and it was tight. No hotel should have double beds anymore. But my own fault for not paying attention.

Loved the sink being outside of the shower room great for getting ready with a group of people. We didn't have breakfast or use the pool area due to lack of time

Only thing i didnt like was the fact.... We ended up getting contractor screws in our suv tire.... We brought it to the front desk lady's attention and gave her the screw that was found laying in the parking space... She seemed to be bothered by my husband bringing it to her attention. Ive called to talk with the manger and she herself seemed bothered by it.

Not much to complain about but if I'm going to mention anything I would say the pillows were to soft for my liking but that's just my preference. The only real thing that bugged me was at checking in the two at the desk were really involved with watching videos on the phone they didn't realize that I was there for a couple of mins.

We love the location and the room was quiet ( no rattling heat unit or dripping sink). We didn't eat breakfast so we can't say much about that. The price was fair, so no complaints there. The parking was well lit and easy to excess from the main highway.

Hated the room layout. No bathroom privacy. Sink is outside the bathroom and the only doors in the bathroom are swinging slatted stable doors.

Me and my fiancé just needed to get away for a little bit. We booked a hotel. There in Springfield that comfort Inn was very comfortable. The staff are very respectful. Very kind, very thoughtful.

The rooms could use a full length mirror as well as an extra hook for towels in the bathroom. Only one mirror for the entire unit is not enough to accomodate everyone getting ready in the morning.

The light/fan combo in the tub/toilet room (which was very cramped) was so loud it sounded like it would rattle right off the wall.

Breakfast was a solid B+, all staff were extremely nice. Room was cozy--didn't even have to turn on the heat or ac unit. Bed was comfortable, and generous room size.

The room had many areas that needed repair, wall.shower, curtains, and carpet had a stain on it in the middle of the room. I would normally not point these things out if the cost of my room was equivalent. However. I paid $285 for the room for 2 nights and I expected better quality.

We enjoyed our stay. It was very close to our daughter we haven't seen in some time. We stayed for four nights and every morning the breakfast was hot and delicious. The staff was always friendly and willing to help when needed. This will be the Hotel we will be staying at when visiting our daughter from now on.
