it was clean and comfortable. The value for the room is good and was convenient for our stay. We have stayed here many times.

Room was filthy. Live roaches everywhere. Chewed gum stuck to headboard and wall. Toilet was barely attached. Beds were small. Heat stopped working in the middle of the night and we woke up freezing. Manager could careless and would not give even a partial refund.

The only good thing I can say about this place is that the location was convenient.

The room smell like dog urine. The phone cord was cut. The steps to the room to steep for our dog. A bottom floor room would have been better for our animal. Management tried to resolve the odor in the room & was apologetic.

There was bed bugs on the bed in our room, #105. My girlfriend was bitten all over her body. She went to Urgent Care on Tuesday, October 26th. She was diagnosed with severe bites from the bed bugs and were given a steroid shot to ease her pain. I had bites on my inner thigs.

Very dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the room..Sheets were not clean, bathroom wasn't clean, even the steps and breeze way to the room were not clean. We had issues with getting the trash emptied, clean towels and tissue for our room. The staff..the gentleman was very rude. I will never use this facility again and I won't refer this place to anyone. The guest were in front of their doors sitting out in chairs and smoking outside their doors and it was entering my room everytime I opened my door. Very disappointed!!!!

I didn’t like anything’s my. Room stunk of smoke, cigarette burns in the bedding and on table. Dead cockroach under sink so shows it doesn’t get clean. No toilet roll. It was an absolute abomination. I would t put Refugees up in this place.

Room was filthy, smelled badly of straight up urine. Person on drugs outside the window fixing her hair, smelling her shoe and doing the crack dance. Many homeless hanging near room.

The girl that checked me in was nice however I was asked for cigarettes by a homeless guy in the lobby and he followed me back to my room.

Pool wasn’t open even though other hotels in town were, when I asked the desk clerk she didn’t seem to care. Noisy at night, there was a used condom by our car this morning and a homeless man approached us by our room yesterday and actually followed us into our room

The sheets were nasty, the floors were nasty and not vacuumed, the room was a non smoking room but the furniture has burn holes and burn spots, when booking we planned for the pool, got there the pool was closed but that info was never disclosed before booking

Baymont hotel is not what it used to be. I didn't wanna stay but I couldn't get my money back. Staff was snappy cux I wanted to change rooms. Stains, cigarette burns, nasty, stopped up toilet, broken doors. It was horrible. Never again. I complained and front was like what u want me to do, u can leave. When ALL I WANTED WAS A CLEAN ROOM
