We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaWe sent a message to the property explaining that my husband is a heart failure patient and requires a ground floor room if no elevator is available. We asked to be informed concerning that. We received a message back saying they were expecting us with no comment about the elevator. We assumed that it would not be a problem. When we arrived at 5PM, we learned that they did not save us a first floor room, and that we would have to climb 16 steps straight up to our room. There was a major event in town, so no other rooms, even though the desk person offered us a refund. A caring man helped my husband up the stairs, almost carrying his body weight And even took our luggage up the stairs. He was not an employee of your hotel. We managed because of him, but never again! The lady helping in the dining area next morning was very kind.
Chose because close to a Cracker Barrel restaurant. Also the price was reasonable, and the place we usually choose had jacked prices up unreasonably that weekend.

Stayed in room 105. The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable, all amenities were present and working. The outside pool was clean and enjoyable. Breakfast area was clean and choices were plentiful. Would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend

United States of AmericaThe cleanliness definitely needs work, it was good enough for the stay but it was clear that they don’t take a whole lot of pride in how well kept the place is. I wouldn’t say it was dirty but little details like behind the bed, around the furniture, and creases of the shower/tub were afterthoughts if thought about at all
To be honest there’s not a lot to say about the property itself, it was quiet and conveniently located but other than that it was fairly standard. Nothing special.
