General disrepair and poor attention to cleaning: the microwave was sticky, the shower had a leak, noisy AC.

Only requested them to that I need a delayed checkout facility. The staff in the evening said yes but in the nursing they called me to left the hotel at 12:00. I was driving from Austin and need a perfect and more sleep before driving back to Austin for 160 miles. I am diabetic and always need a good sleep after every meal.

Place looks very good on the outside, but it needs an overhaul and polishing inside rooms. The room I was staying in had cracks in the bathroom sink and near tub in the washroom. Drawers seem to have ben closed for a while and had foul smells. I'd like to stay in a more hygienic place next and avoid falling sick.

Professionals and friendly staff at work. Thank you for your greetings and help on keys and the breakfast. Though I missed having waffle cakes for 2 days. I understand, that's not your fault.

I did not like the staff. Our room was supposed to get cleaned on our third day but they never clean the room. We sat the garbage outside the door and no one came to grab it it set there til the left.

The ambience was nice walking in. One of the staff members was extremely helpful. He told us good place to eat and visit.

When running the bathroom vanity faucet, the water initially comes out a rusty color for a couple of seconds.

Initially assigned room 230. Room was clean. I noticed that the A/C unit's cover was completely off and on the floor, as if it was being serviced. I went and pointed this out to the front desk person, and they switched me to room 225.

Initially assigned room 209. Toilet tank was not working, so I was moved to room 210. Didn't notice until next morning that there was ZERO bath towels. Had to go to front desk to ask for towels, which she provided.

At times, the hot water coming out of the bathroom vanity faucet was somewhat brownish. The city of Houston is experiencing several broken water main problems.

The laundry room was not working My main door was broken in my first room and didn’t lock and the bathroom door was off the bottom hinge in 130 and I had to move to room 109, when I got to room 109 no microwave, there were 2 roaches one in the closet one in the bathroom , the tile in the shower is separating from the wall. The shower water doesn’t come out good and the refrigerator doesn’t get cold .

Staff checked someone else into my room. Luckily we're able to get another room. Downside I was charged twice. Thankfully I had the funds in the meantime. ( Money took a few days to refund)

The original room I was given was still occupied; The key I was given unlocked the door, but I had to immediately leave. I went back to the front desk and informed them of this, and they gave me another room. Next morning, for some reason, I was woken up by a staff member knocking on the door. I was asked for my name, then he left.

The secondary room I was given was ample. All amenities were there as expected.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was that I notice alot of roaches in my room. Here and there I see one running over the counter. But that’s it.

There was a small roach on the coffee table where I had my food, so I threw my food away. Room needs an upgrade but it’s great for a night.

It was quiet and close to areas I had to be. And the pool was clean.

There continues to be a water pressure issue. Not a big deal, but annoying when showering.
