I thought that the hotel wa absolutely fine. There is nothing that bothered me. It was clean, comfortable, reasonably priced. No complaints.

I have to say that I was concerned about how the hotel was going to be given some of the ratings and comments. Keeping in mind that this is a 2 start hotel, I am not sure about many of the complaints. The parking was clearly lit at night; the halls did not smell of weed; the hotel was clean (it did not even look like that old of a property). Clearly this is not a resort, but for business travel or everyday, reasonably priced travel, it was absolutely fine. I was staying over with a patient in the nearby Chilton Hospital and I was completely satisfied.

It’s not a complaint, more a suggestions … There was no discount for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Patients. There is at many places but I enjoy your hotel. We stay out of town a lot for treatment and it is helpful to get a small deal. It is very expensive being somewhere you don’t live and needing a comfortable place to call home in between treatments. Often I have had several appointments a week so I need to be close to the hospital you know.

The water still came out of the faucet when the shower was on. It was a little hard to understand the man who checked us in but he was very nice.

Cons - Maybe we didn’t look well enough, but we couldn’t find an elevator to use Our fridge would sometimes have trouble shutting all the way and didn’t cool our food items that well

The breakfast was very basic. They didn't serve ham, cheese, scrambled eggs, potatoes, or bacon. That was a bummer. Besides, no one was at front desk on Sunday morning when we required something.

The location was Ok, but it is over an hour from New York city and 55 minutes approx. from Newark. The room was big enough and the beds were comfortable. Also, the cleaning staff was very attentive.

The floor was disgusting, there was a plastic cup and debris under the table between the beds and when walking around your feet turned black. The floors really need to be mopped, not just swept quickly. The two chairs looked like they were never cleaned and we didn't want to even sit in them.

The beds were comfortable and the pillows were amazing! The bathroom was spacious and the shower felt very nice. The mini fridge and microwave were a nice touch in the room too.

Had to everything ourselves from putting the luggage in the car to getting it in the room.. plus no elevator in this hotel.. also the breakfast… had no options except for bread and donuts!! Not even eggs as they serve it every saturday? Seriously never heard this ever in my life!

For the price paid for the room, you'd think that they would offer customers more than just single-ply, cheap toilet paper. Interior of hotel halls quite dark; rooms not bright nor 'cheery'.

Ability to park close to room. No problem with adding extra night stay. Very friendly housekeeping staff.

pool closed; bar/restaurant only open on Friday; weight room closed; not sure why all of this, one of the benefits of this hotel was a restaurant/bar on premises.

Have been staying here off and on since 2010; Was Best Western, now Baymont; Location is superb; on highway, but sits back; Breakfast is "continental" but fresh and well stocked; very clean room, hallway etc.

The tub was blocked, one bed was squeaking due to the old mattress and Air Conditioning was bit loud.

No one was at the desk when we got there to check in. It took 20 minutes of waiting until someone got to the desk. The beds were hard as a rock and not comfortable at all. The shower had almost no pressure to it
