We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaWhile non-smoking floor was accurate, the smoke from outdoor smoking was noticeable in the hall in the room. Hotel entry to the room was small and limited. While we understand amenities were closed due to COVID, there weren't back up breakfast options (not including the vending machine).
We liked the easy access to the room. The general look of the room was nice and big. The kitchen accommodations were helpful along with the free parking and wi-fi. Since the restaurant was closed and breakfast was not available, the coffee machine in the room made up for part of that.

United States of AmericaOur room and entire facility had strong cigarette odor. Both my mother and I has asthma and air atmosphere for breathing was not the best. In room safe did not work and looked like it was dismantled to not work permanently. In room phone was disconnected and non functional. Toilet ring was of flimsy quality and kept sliding around. Gym room was atrocious and equipment was all rusty and noisy. Access doors to parts of facility said doors are locked between 8pm and 7am but were not locked at 11pm when we returned and left at 6am . All access doors should be locked at all times. We did not feel safe. Facility appears unkept, dirty and needs major repairs.

Even the employee at the desk was rude i asked for a manager and he said he’s not here . i was like i want to talk to her on the phone then. And then he gives me a dirty look calls the manager and never lets me talk to him/her . Very rude, disrespectful behavior, and he barely understood me, he needs to learn english. And he smelled bad he made the main entrance smell like sweat….

United States of AmericaIt was not clean. The hallway smells so bad of cigarettes everywhere. The bathroom was quite dirty, with the dryer not working and everything is pretty outdated. For what we needed was OK but we did end up going to the gym 25 min away to take showers etc. We also brought our own sheets too, which is a tip I'll give anyone.
The location was perfect and convenient for what we needed, the breakfast was also a big positive. In the breakfast, they have bagels, waffles, yogurt, milk, coffee, and pastries.
