Room lighting is very inadequate. This needs improvement. Also...no charging points near the beds (there is a USB charging facility with the bedside lamps...but it is ON only as long as the bedside lamp is ON....hence overnight charging is not possible). Also, the power sockets are located one foot above ground level...so someone with a back problem like me has to bend down and connect to the socket. In the living room...where there is a work table...there must be a socket at table height! Further we had requested slightly early check-in as we were arriving after a 26 hour flight...but that was refused. After landing, I had to send a mail with photograph to get the lock password. Had I not been able to do it, I would have had a problem getting the password. This should come automatically on date of arrival. At check-out also we requested late check-out by an hour...which also was refused. All hotels normally accomodate early/late check out by an hour...I think this could have been allowed.

LOWKL is a decent property with very comfortable beds, furniture and appliances. Location is also great

Well, a few things. It's the second year I stay, so that means a lott. Firstly, one of two bathroomswase renovated. The non renovated bathroom desperately needs a facelift. The non working fan lets the humidity accumulate in the bathroom, and there seems like mold growing. The pool was great on day 1, but by day 5, the water started to get murky, and by day 7, we couldn't see the bottom. Seems like the filter wasn't working, as there was no water jet. We were four people sharing the apartment, and this year, the towerls were an issue. .... not enough.....and I did ask for more towels, but we just got 2 more ( shower towels).... last year, we had 4 shower towels and 2 beach towels each.... towels are important, as we took two showers per day.....and 1 towel each, just wasn't enough.

Price, location, and the room size. The shower pressure was amazing.

The en-suite bathroom needed refurbishing and the lounge seating was not adequate for 4 people and extremely uncomfortable.

The wash area was changed from coins to cards only i am not comfortable using my cc for small use. This should not be the only option. The mattress was very uncomfortable it had a sink i made mention and was told team didn't see an issue and it was not changed i was there for 9 days at one point my back hurt so bad I went to have a massage.

The location is great, a short walk to the beach and lots of stores and restaurants around. A huge plus for the pool, which was cleaned daily and was a great addition to our stay. Respectful community. The place itself was lovely, and very pretty.

The family room window needs to be fixed in order to be shut. Kind of loud because of the old windows. Also, would benefit from a better stocked kitchen utencils( it had pots but needed frying pans, spatula and baking sheets etc.)

We like the convenience of the location, the parking and the size of the apartment for our family. The apartment smelled clean when we got there.

the plumbing was not properly maintained, so there was a leak and one of our suitcases got wet and management did nothing to resolve. Also the City was doing some sewage cleaning works in the area at the time of our stay and the noise was a bit loud especially early in the morning, this was not fault of the host.

Laundry machines only run with an app that does not work for non-US citizens. The floor was actually really dirty, only realized at the end why our socks were blackened. Pool was too cold for kids...

Really, our only complaint would be that there is a great deal of outside noise in the evening.

On our first night we had an issue with the thermostat not working properly. It was a little cold in the Unit. We gave management a call Friday night and was told someone would be there after 9am the next day. Noone showed. And in addition plumbing problems occurred in the master bathroom. We noticed from day one septic cleaning trucks on the street the entire 4 days. Called them on several occasions and received busy signals and hung up on and no answered phone calls.

Was been texted by the facility too many times. I understand the 1st night to make sure everything went well. But not every day. Even the last day texting at 8:00 am to remind me check out time was at 11.

The biggest concern we had was the noise. The apartment we had -number 23, had missing glass in the windows inside the bedroom. Any car or noise happening outside the window was extremely loud. The apartment is near a major intersection so it’s noisy 24/7. This was the biggest negative about this apartment. If you like quiet nights this wouldn’t be a place to stay. There was no noise we could hear from the neighbours so the other units ( if they have all windows fixed) might be quieter. Pool isn’t heated so it was too cold for swimming in the winter months.

We have stayed at the Bayview Regency for 2 months, December and January months. Here are the pluses of this place. The location is excellent, 12 minutes walk to the ocean, at least 20+ restaurants within 5 minute walk. Tennis courts are 8 minute walk south. The size of this apartment is very large, bedroom was spacious and the it had 2 fairly sized bathrooms. Tv had hundreds of channels to pick from Internet was strong most of the time. Kitchen has all necessities needed for basic cooking. Regular sized stove, microwave and fridge. We did lots of cooking so we had to buy couple of small things for the kitchen like baking sheet , scissors etc. The laundry costs $3.50 for one wash and dry. The machines are very fast. If you are Canadian you have to buy the laundry card, the wash connect app will not work on your Canadian phone. All towels were provided, soaps and shampoos etc were also provided. The pool area is very pretty with lots of seating options available. They keep the building nice and clean.
