The kitchette is very basic with no dishes or cutlery. Paper plates and plastic cutlery was supplied by the front desk staff.

Lots of room for a couple. Interesting decor in each room. Beautiful view of the ocean. Quiet location. Nice treats and fresh fruit in the lobby.

The office was not staffed until 8:30 am, but guests had access to the lobby at any time.

A nice, modern building in a quiet neighborhood. Each room has a different style. The hotel offered a $10 voucher at a coffee stand across the street instead of a free breakfast. I had a latte and a toasted bagel with peanut butter for my voucher plus$1 and was able to eat it outside with a view of Motto bay on a beautiful morning. The hotel is 1/2 mile away from Sweet Springs Nature Reserve, which makes for a great morning walk with a view of the whole bay and Morro Rock.

We were little disappointed that we did not get any wine which was mentioned in the room’s manual. ”The breakfast is included” was not really the truth, more a contribution.

This was a very fresh and comfortable accomodation. Especially we like the equipment in the kitchen.

Had been to Baywood Inn before; truly a gem of a find in this charming little town; found online last year. So pleased that our plans, again, needed a safe, reliable temporary ‘home base’ for our short stay in the Central Coast. Liked the location, cleanliness of the property, the spaciousnous of the room, kitchenette a definite plus if one wanted to prepare snacks, staff friendly and efficient. The included breakfast at the restaurant next door definitely an appreciated addition, the staff their also quite friendly; and the food is pretty good there as well. My mom is 94 years old, so everything was safe and perfect for her.

The location is fantastic. Room set up was perfect for a family, loved the Kitchennette and table to eat meals. The balcony was perfect for watching the sunset and sitting to enjoy the view.

Perhaps the couch could use upgrading or re-upholstering. It seemed a little dingy. Everything else was great.

We have stayed here before. Location is excellent. Views of the bay with access to the bay across the street. Breakfast was fabulous at a local cafe across the street (take out using a coupon provided by the B&B). Room was large. Besides a bedroom, there was a sitting area with a fireplace, TV, couch, big table.

As noted before, hot water is slow to arrive to the shower. But it does arrive, after several minutes: I didn’t like wasting water that way, but like cold showers less.

Friendly atmosphere, quiet location, excellent breakfast. Loved the little extras - wine at 5:00, muffins in the lobby, cold drinks in the fridge.

Trying to remember to get vouchers for next day. Luckily our schedule permitted us to come back to office during the innkeeper hours.

Love Nautical Bean, but would have liked option to restaurant. It was not open early enough for our schedule. Fireplace worked perfectly for room temperature and ambiance . Having to remember to ask for breakfast coupons daily, and catch the innkeeper at the desk, was a drawback. Would have preferred all bkfst vouchers up front.

Our room #101 is in bad need of updating. Many stains on carpet. Furniture old and bed very springy in spots and lumpy in others. Such a nice property otherwise.

The views over Morro Bay are beautiful.

Although the room was comfortable, it seemed like the walls were paper thin, and the guests in the neighbouring rooms were clearly audible - including coughing, using the shower / toilet etc.

Lovely room, more of a suite really, fantastic view. Breakfast next door at the Mexican restaurant. The staff were helpful and obliging.
