We were in a downstairs apartment and you could hear the people above moving around and things dropping on the floor.

Lovely location. Very pleasant staff. Nice apartment. The afternoon get together at 5pm was very pleasant with snacks and wine. The fire pit was lovely on a cool evening. Enjoyed the two different breakfasts at local restaurant pts.

Great location on the back bay in a quiet, peaceful area. Can walk to restaurants and the Sweet Springs Preserve. Comfortable bed, great view, large room with balcony. Friendly staff, treats in the office, convenient, quiet, and comfortable.

Hospitality from young staff could have been better, we were treated with indifference. Had to show an email confirming a small request had been authorized as he wasn’t going to grant it nor call anyone to ask. wine and cheese offered was a joke- 1 bottle for 13 people resulting in 7 people getting none and the cheese was Costco packages like you would put in a child’s lunchbox. For the price of the room, a bit more effort would be nice.

the initial room on the first floor had no real view and as accessible was less furnished than we prefer

the fact that we were able to change to a room w a better view, the amenities of the room including the gas fireplace that heated Borge the bedroom and living room, the breakfast arrangement w a nearby restaurant and coffeehouse

We had some trouble with our electronic keys. Other than that everything was fine.

Snacks and wine in lobby were fantastic! I liked the view from the room and the fact that several restaurants are nearby. The rooms were larger than most. There were a lot of excellent trails nearby.

Excellent location on an estuary, unique decor in each room, beautiful landscaping with fireplaces for sunset watching, a happy hour with wine and snacks, breakfast across the street from a menu, and the lobby had snacks available all day from fresh fruit, cookies, muffins, candy and more!! We were here a week during our 2 month travels of the California coast and by far it was our favorite! What made it so welcoming was the staff. Curtis the manager was friendly, helpful and engaging, noting our interest in a cat (we were missing ours) in the parking area he provided the background story. Also Gavin and Micah were helpful with area information as they loved living in Los Osos. To the owners: A great property and location are made excellent by the staff you hire! Well done!

We ususally stay in Morro Bay or Cayucos because were not big fans of Pismo anymore (too crowded) but we thought hey let's stay in Los Osos. It isn't a very big town but we had not stayed there before so it was a nice quiet change of pace. The Baywood Inn was very clean and comfortable with complimentary wine and individual cheese with crackers in the evening, bottled water, Gatorade and sparkling water made available in the room refrigerator, and pastries, muffins and fruit available in the morning as part of a continental breakfast. We had a beautiful view of the estuary from our front window since we were located across the street.

The service from this just wonderful B&B has been fantastic, whoever owns/runs the place should be extremely proud of its staff, cleaners to front of house. The little touches around the place added an extra level comfort, ie free muffins, pop corn in the room. Highly recommend. tThanks for letting us stay at your wonderful place.

We have to look hard to find something. The shower had little water pressure and the temperature varied from hot to cool and back. Our bath was well stocked but small and a bit hard for 2 people to ready themselves for the day. But we made it work.

Almost every room has a sea view. The rooms are quite large, each with a different decor. It is very laid back. Complimentary snacks and water were stocked in the room. At 5 pm they had wine, cheese and crackers+. Even though we had cold evenings in late November, the outdoor fire pits kept us warm as we sipped wine and talked with other guests. Lots of natural outdoor activities. Good restaurants nearby. Lovely time.

Front desk, Curtis, was exceptionally kind and courteous. The room was very cozy and comfortable. The breakfast was a fantastic place just across the street next to the bay. The food and coffee were really fresh and delicious.
