Spotlessly clean. Wonderfull safe feel to the property and area. Excellent location - close to many things but only a short car drive to everything. Andrew is a wonderful host who goes above and beyond for his guests. The house is absolutely beautiful and has been furnished beautifully. The breakfast was also fantastic. We would have no hesitation in staying here again.

There is absolutely nothing one can dislike at this beautiful house

What can one add to the numerous five star reviews for Bazinsky House. All of them are correct. The house itself is a beautiful property from start to finish. The hall and stairs, the sitting room alongside. The furniture, decor and art work is superb.  The two bedrooms upstairs carry on this sumptuous look from a bygone age.  Our bedroom was the larger of the two available and was huge with armchairs and a sofa. The bed was an absolute dream, literally, to sleep in.  Andrew is the perfect host who loves to engage in conversation and also is an expert historian on the house. His guidance on what to see and where to eat during our two night, three day stay in Vicksburg was invaluable. His breakfast offering was another high point each day. Personally cooked and served to a near Royal standard (We are English and know that stuff).  This was our 15th stopover on our 35 day Road Trip. Staying at all levels of Hotels.  It is now Day 21 and Bazinsky House is our number one favourite. Not only in 2023 but also when measured against our Eight previous US roadtrips covering 21 States. As you have read. We cannot recommend this place highly enough.

We were the only occupants. The stay was peaceful and the elevator was a godsend. There was nothing about the stay that was unpleasant. Another night would have allowed more time to see the rest of the Bazsinski House and more of Vicksburg.

Andrew made breakfast as if we were friends, rather than customers. It was ample, and at breakfast, he answered many questions related to Vicksburg, and to the house in particular.

The Host was exceptional and very knowledgeable. The details at this property are tasteful. Air conditioning was great and the overall place very clean. Our breakfast was thoughtfully put together and tasted fantastic. Highly recommend Bazsinsky House.

Andrew was a terrific host and his house was welcoming and comfortable, highly recommend. Great location, walking distance to Washington St., Old Courthouse and riverfront. Recommend; 10 South for the view, The Old Courthouse great artifacts and the Corp's LMRM.

Amazingly refurbished home in the centre of town. The bedroom was spacious with the most comfortable bed and view of the river. Breakfast was delicious and came with a relaxed history of the property. Felt very at home and if we’re ever lucky enough to visit again would definitely stay here.

Can’t think of a thing.

This was a perfect place to stay. We both love that people still save historical homes. Andrew was a wonderful host. We loved the artwork he uses to make the home especially interesting. And he produces a breakfast in a small but totally iconic kitchen. Makes me love it even more. Gave a perfect idea for supper and especially the dessert. I want to try and plan a return.

I can't imagine anything better!

This home is absolutely beautiful and immaculate. Stunning antiques, china, art works and silver abound. Our room was so quiet and inviting; I could have slept 12 hours. The jacuzzi was the icing on the cake. Then, the delight of the perfect breakfast. Andrew is quite the chef with a varied breakfast with fresh fruit, eggs one morning, and pancakes the next. His sharing of the history of the house, family and Civil War fill your imagination.

you need to be physically prepared to get your luggage and yourself up a beautiful but significant staircase to the second floor where your room and the breakfast dining room await.

when you sit on the lovely front porch the bird are singing a beautiful song and the view of the historic Courthouse is stimulating. Real gaslights grace the median of the street.

I can't imagine not liking anything!

Everything was simply perfect!! The bed was the most comfortable, the attention to detail was amazing with our room, It was beautifully decorated , had ceiling fan and box fan, jacuzzi, Keurig machine with great coffee choices, and so clean! The host was intelligent and provided great details on history of home and town and the best breakfast I've ever been served! I didn't even want to tell others how great it is because I'm worried it will be too booked up the next time I want to stay!
