Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The staff, bed bugs . The other tenants were smoking drugs that did not smell like marijuana. The Wi-Fi did not work for the room that I was in there is a lot of drug dealers dealing and prostitution the staff seem to know and do not care . They probably get paid to look the other way because for my stay I saw a lot go down !!! This whole hotel should be under investigation

I didn't like the bed bugs. I woke up at 1am all itchy and at first the said they were fully booked and couldn't do anything for me. After calling booking.com, they put me in a room that is probably for employees. At noon, they put me in a different room. Although the 2nd room didn't have bugs, I didn't sleep well worrying about them.
The location is good.

Nothing about that place is likeable
My first night there someone tried to enter my room with just me a my baby, I had to put a chair behind the door, the box spring is nasty there's a hold in the wall over one of the beds, the bathroom window is very easy to enter in, I had call someone to come and sleep over with me at night. They didn't try to fix nothing in the room. The door couldn't lock up top. It's isn't a safe place to stay.

I use Booking.com and make the assumption that the site has at least a low bar that will eliminate places that are unfit. But no. This hotel should not be on the site. No one should stay here. The owners need to fix the place up to at least passable before accepting any more guests. And finally, no employee should have to work in such miserable surroundings.
This property should not be listed on Booking.com. It is in such a dilapidated state that it is not fit for people to stay there. The staff person was extremely nice, and I can't imagine how awful it must be to work in a place that has received no improvements in decades. Please remove this property from your site. Do not stay here.

I felt discriminated by the manager from the very beginning. He caused me hardship while I was there he put me in the room where they were doing construction on top of me then move me to a second room where they were doing construction next to the room then when they put me in the third room somebody on top of me was banging. I called booking.com to let them know to see if we can come up with a better solution than just moving me around rooms inside this Motel and my phone call was terminated like a good four or five times making me feel like I was the one at fault and I did something bad to cause all this. I'm 41 years old I know right from wrong. What they did was wrong.
I like the Roku TV I like the new Air Conditioning they had

nothing is like they show you in their website everything is extremely old and nasty. my daughter was crying cause she didn’t want to put her feet in the shower we all had to shower with flips flops.
the house keeper girl was very kind and gave us clean sheets and towels and supply’s to clean the room.

A lot of kids--which is great for the family oriented, I'm just not. Floor a touch sticky, though overall quite clean for only fair state of repair. Price high for quality, but admittedly in line with local rates. Fifty dollar cash deposit a bit annoying, but they were nice about it and returned in a.m. without fuss.
Lovely staff, clean pool, pretty courtyard environment. Convenient location for my needs on US1.

Location was dangerous. Staff was extremely, extremely rude and tried to add all kinds of secret charges to the room or if you wanted towels or even 20$ for an extra key ! ( one was given free) The room was absolutely disgusting!! Mattresses were old and looked to be blood stained. ( no joke) room was full of mis matched furniture and even a lamp shade was missing. One outlet in the whole room free. The place was terrible w stains and it was the worst place I've ever stayed at. Our first morning there we also saw them roll out a body from a room that appeared to be deceased and watched the Staff argue and scream at several people staying there and at the office. I can't express more how Terrible this place is !!
