Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I didn’t like they still have construction going on could not use the inside pools and we was not aware that we could not use our balcony with an ocean front room. Toilet unstable and very low to the floor my husband is a pretty tall man and he had a big issue with this. Very outdated rooms.
The location was great for last minute travel. I love that the 2 bedroom has 2 separate bathrooms.

The hot tub areas were fairly shabby/rundown! The lazy river was under construction. The indoor pool and hot tub were closed. It was only AFTER I booked and paid is when they then sent me an email telling me about this! I needed to know this WHEN booking! Dishwasher was not working in the room which isn’t a big deal. The bedroom separate from the living area only had a small lamp to light the whole room. There was no closet to hang up our clothes! It was like pulling teeth to get extra blankets for the sofa bed!
Location was decent, the oceanfront view was awesome!The pool area was clean and the water was fairly warm.

Rooms need immediate upgrade. Sofa needs to be replaced. Stained chair was in the bedroom. Towels are low quality. And floors needed mopping.

The facility needs work, it is dated and there is some damage that has not been repaired. There is a smell in the lobby which we could not pinpoint but it was bad.
The room itself was great, just what we needed and as described. Parking is easy so that was great. Pool and access to the beach are perfect.

Resort is getting a little run down - needs some updating Sad that the pass on the third floor has been removed and unable to go from parking lot to third floor. I would think that brings all the traffic thru lobby and elevators more crowded

We were disappointed that the indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna were not available for use. The Town Center restaurant did not have some of the menu items available when we visited.
Property location was very good with easy access to the beach. The rooms has a nice view of the ocean and were clean and large enough to accommodate our family of 5. our children enjoyed the multiple outdoor pools, hot tubs and lazy River while my husband and I enjoyed the service and drinks and the bar. We did not attend the buffet for breakfast, but the prices were reasonable.

We really enjoyed the location and oceanview, while staying at the resort. We enjoyed sitting on patio/balcony and taking walks at the beach. Next time, we will get in the pool. Also, the bedroom and living/kitchen area was tidy-- no issues/concerns. We hope to return to Beach Cove Resort---soon!

Furnishings in the room were dated. Linens were average to fair quality (thin sheets, thin & small bath towels). I booked at Beach Cove Resort over other communities based on: Indoor Pool & Hot Tub; On-Site Restaurant & Arcade. I paid more for Beach Cove than I would have at other communities because of these features. I was disappointed the indoor pool & hot tub were closed for maintenance/ remodeling. The on-site restaurant & arcade were also closed while I was there. (Spring hours Thurs - Sun and I was there Mon-Thurs). I do understand maintenance was needed on the indoor pool and I do understand spring hours on the amenities. However, had I known this beforehand, I would have booked elsewhere for a lower price.
The overall facility was nice. The check in and check out procedure was easy. The room was a good size and had a nice view. Parking was adequate and easily accessible. Although I did not use the outdoor pools, they were of nice size and were heated.

The weather was beautiful and sunny but I was hoping for warmer weather. The date was chosen because it’s our anniversary and sometimes we get lucky and it’s mid 70s.
The breakfast buffet was great. We didn’t have to leave the resort to go out for food. The food was fresh and tasty and plenty to choose from. The staff was very helpful and polite.
