No Kleenex inthe entire apartment. There also wasn’t screens on most of the windows so we couldn’t open the windows to cool off the apartment.the last night we were in the apartment there were people upstairs and it was loud. We could hear the children run from one end of their apartment to the other end of it.

There weren’t any extra garbage bags , a light was out in the hallway bathroom so it was very dark and the oven didn’t seem to get as hot as the setting said so it took a long time to cook our pizzas .

We liked the layout , clean and the bedrooms were very large . Nice large windows and so close to the beach .

View of ocean from deck, house was second from beach. Boardwalk was nice. Big apartment, well appointed. The beds and internet were fine. First time at seaside beach, a very nice beach.

Unfortunately a car alarm went off several times, therefore it was not quiet, otherwise it was very nice. Also the 'gourmet kitchen' had few items and smaller pot & pans. A very nice, large kitchen, but mostly empty cabinets. It would be nice to have a grill on the deck.

We wished for a firmer king bed. I would have enjoyed a tub. And a washing machine would have made laundry less work. For finding it on the fly, I was content.

We were having so much fun at the beach that we stayed an extra night, thanks to finding This gem. This suite was very comfortable for 4 of us. It had a comfortable queen bed, the area was quiet for sleeping, upstairs outdoor porch worked well for drying towels. We were able to put together homemade meals easily, even with minimal pots and pans and bowls.

Towel rack fell off wall , no hairdryer, no spoons. Not much in the way of kitchen supplies. Unfortunately loud children above us making noise till 11:00 pm, but this wouldn't be the fault of management.

Location was great. Area was quite. Comfortable accomodations.

We have stayed 3 times before and enjoyed each stay, found cat hair (supposedly no pets) this time in the lower unit everywhere, dishwasher was out of order and main living room recliner should be replaced unless you like to tip over:|

Excellent location, floor unit very has big living room and master suite. This quaint lil old house is updated to 2 units to rent out- We reserved both for a cousin get-away, worked great for us!

Apartment was cold and turning the heater up made the air dry because the heater was constantly blowing in order to keep the apartment warm. It took forever to get hot water.

Nicely updated property. Very nice bathrooms and kitchen. Comfortable seating. A little high on the price but we dis a girls weekend and split it three ways so it made it very reasonable. My only complaint is that the kitchen fridge handles, tv control, and other surfaces were sticky/greasy. It was a huge turnoff as our stay was during covid. We felt that the cleaning could have been better. That being said, we would definitely stay her again.

Filthy carpets. My baby's knees and hands turned black from the dirty carpet after crawling around for 20 minutes so then we had to hold him constantly. The couches were trashed and the faux leather was peeling off the cushions.
