definitely not up to par with what you would expect from the Don being that it was actually MORE than the main property when we stayed. we had a lot of ants and the AC went out the second night.

The The front desk agent, Amy was super accommodating and helpful! She gave us a complementary upgrade and tried to make things right when we were disappointed with the AC going out and a couple of other things. The shuttle to go to the main property was also really great, and the suites are perfect for a family.

Lots of separate fees…parking, resort, several different taxes. Windows in the bedroom that face the street should be replaced so you don’t hear road noise.

Front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. The beach chair guys were awesome! View of the ocean from the room was great! Pool wasn’t crowded.

Housekeeping is still an issue as with all hotels. But if you tell the front desk, they will take care of it.

We had a superior king with a view of the beach and Gulf (all rooms do). The facility may be full but it was not crowded. Plus you can use the amenities of the Don Cesar.

the rooms are well appointed but need a good spring cleaning. it is not easy to keep things fresh in a humid setting. t The rugs and upholstery could use a regular deep steaming. Otherwise, the linens are fresh and comfy and baths stocked with Lather products. The fresh scent permeates the property.

I am a repeat customer and choose to spend my birthday at this facility. it is an easy drive from Orlando and the beach is exquisite. The rooms are comfortable and supplied with all the necessary perks. I love having a washer/dryer and kitchen available. The historic and newly restored Don Caesar is an easy walk away. A quick bite or purchase of pastries and coffee is a great reward after the trek. I cannot say enough about the setting and have been on beaches all over the world. I consider this place a stellar way to relax and reboot.

we had the best suite in the hotel overlooking the beach! We had our wedding that weekend and several of our group stayed at the beachfront suites. Everyone was happy with their stay

No direct signage for check in location/lobby area. Lobby in general was basic, a bit underwhelming but was adequate.

Great location. rooms had plenty of space and good amenities. No trouble finding a shaded or covered parking spot. The free shuttle was a nice perk

Called ahead to get an early check-in to give me some needed time to set up for the birthday party but wasn’t called. Instead I was given complimentary wine and beer, which I gladly would have traded for an added 30 minutes to set up for the event as I already had my own beverages. The only thing that was missing was a dish towel for washing up the few dishes that we used. The coffee maker was also not working properly so we helped ourselves to coffee at the office which was delicious.

Stayed to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and were given complimentary beverages to celebrate with. The staff are very helpful and friendly and made our stay great. No need to use the car as they offer convenient and friendly shuttle service to and from The Don Cesar Hotel for delicious dinner.

The price of the room is absolutely ridiculous. It was certainly a nice room but not $600 nice. It’s St. Pete, not Honolulu.

Bigger fridge would have been great! Both elevators working consistently.

It had a great view of the pool and beach! Loved that the resort fee included 3 lounge chairs and an umbrella daily on the beach. Loved using the pool at the Don Cesar too! Plenty of space for our family.

Wasn’t made clear that beach suites were a block away from main hotel - extra charge for parking on top of very high room rate
