Beach is right on the block. Park your car and no need to use it while you are here. The place has everything you need and Robert is FANTASTIC!! The place was super clean! Robert has great suggestions for places to see and eat. You will not be disappointed.

It's a one minute walk to the beach! The beach was beautiful and water was warm. Robert was amazing! He texted us to let us know our room was ready and that we could check in earlier if we wanted! Gave us some restaurant recommendations! We were there for one night only. Close to John pass. It's a 20mn walk.

Top floor noise (walking)

It was a nice little paradise, very clean, cozy. One minute walk to the beach and many things to explore near by. We had a great time on our weekend anniversary.

Robert was an exceptional host, our room was very clean and comfortable, and we were only a few steps from the beautiful Treasure Island beach. Overall, my wife and I had a great time and will stay at the Beach House again in the future.

This property!! You won’t regret it, ROBERT IS THE BEST OF THE BEST! From the second we arrived he was friendly, attentive, helpful, and overall amazing. The rooms were spotless and the location was perfect. Just steps to the beach and the location on the island was perfect!!

The cable is not great if you're a TV watcher; but we aren't so it didn't matter to us.

Robert was excellent and very helpful with local recommendations for eating out, etc...location was perfect..right by the beach..great location as it's walking distance to everything so once you get there, no need to get back into your car; beach, restaurants, activities, etc are all within short walking distance! Would stay here again for sure

Bathroom was very small. Door was hard to open and close. There was no hand towel in the bathroom.

It was very close to the beach. There was a lot to do within walking distance.

an extra bed was not prepared, because we ordered the room for two adults and a 4-year-old child, the carpets and floors were dirty.

I hated having to leave .... but wish I'd have known some of the new laws prohibiting smoking/vaping tobacco on the beach and anywhere on property.. However, robert handled it amazingly while breaking the news to us at checkin.. All in all....I WOULD +100%+ Recommend this establishment for a trip to treasure island area!

The front desk (Robert) was very inviting at check-in and exceptional at making us feel welcome. Amazing at providing info about the "local bests" and "no-nos" of the area. The room was more than clean and comfortable! So close to the beach...and most accommodating for all of our needs and questions!!! I hope to be back soon!!!

Room was clean. Check in was a breeze. Super nice staff that went all out with everything . Extra bedding. Water. towels and extra coffee. And recommended great places within walking distance for dinner and drinks.

Robert did an excellent job making us feel welcome and giving us great recommendations for food and local places to visit! The location is fantastic, and Robert was right that this beach that is 30 seconds away is one of the best. It’s large, relaxing, and not over crowded. Very safe area right near John’s Pass. The sand is like powdered sugar and the sunset views were amazing. Very cozy and cutely decorated rooms with parking included. We got engaged on that beach, and we will definitely be back to re-live the beautiful memory. Thank you, Robert!
