found peanut m&m's on floor in room between bed and nightstand... found inch and half cockroach/palmetto bug in luggage when unpacking at home... the wait staff at the marsh oaks golf course grille for lunch was absolutely awful...great food, just really, really terrible service...

access to beach for walking, enjoyed pool, firepits, hot tub, lobby bar in evening, pool bars during day, lobby coffee bar in morning... valet, bell staff, front desk staff were, for the most part, very friendly and helpful... definitely recommend contacting concierge prior to visit, very informative, provided a great amount of useful local knowledge!

Long distance from room to elevator. Elevator near room broke down-not fixed during 4 day stay. Hotel at low occupancy and placed in a room-farthest point from elevator. And elevator nearest room out of service-very inconvenient to get to next nearest, plus distance to ice machine (by main elevator). Staff should have been aware of this and made appropriate accommodations.

They charge for everything, including self parking at 30.00 a night. Breakfast is also great but expensive. would have enjoyed a microwave in the room.

I requested an upper floor and received ground floor (I was told that requests aren't guaranteed, and if I wanted an upper floor, I should have paid the extra fee). The patio door was filthy and moldy. The facility is dated. The pool area was over-crowded, making it hard to find a beach chair to sit on. If the resort wasn't so expensive to begin with, I may not have minded. But, if I pay 5 star prices, I hope for 5 star service.

The gym is usable and provides a variety of equipment for different types of workouts; We used it every day. But it could use some updates here and there.

Great value for the price! The rooms were nice and clean. The pool area feels clean and renovated. The staff was super friendly and always went the extra mile. The restaurants on the resort property offer you various price points and types. They have a high-class steak house and seafood restaurant with delicious menu options. The location is excellent! On a beautiful beach with nature, while only 15 minutes away from the town, that offers more restaurant and entertainment options. We saw dolphins and turtles multiple times during our stay.

I didn't like that the rooms didn't have a microwave. When we order room services especially breakfast it was lukewarm. not hot. Even when you come from the restaurants. It would have been nice to be able to warm up our food.

Oceanside food and their Miami virgin vice is the best! Veranda was an amazing the staff was so sweet. They literally have the sweetest people working there. I loved my view. I loved it all!! Will be back!!

2 things I did not appreciate: 1. $20 per day for self-parking and $35 for valet...felt a bit greedy...the cost to stay at resort is high and parking shoul be included; and 2. Concierge was not helpful when I had an issue with delivery of an amenity. His response was simply that he could not control when something would be delivered...period. he offered no solution . I ended up talking to someone in the lounge who walked over and retrieved the amenity for me and kept it chilled while I was at the pool. It worked out but isn't that the concierge job...to get things done for the guests? Was not impressed with Dave! Tina in the lounge was awesome!

The hotel and 99% of staff were wonderful! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel/resort is beautifully and meticulously maintained. The room was clean and comfortable!
