it was a little further out from the main area of town but not a problem, took us half hour to walk

it was clean, staff were really friendly and accommodating, let us check in early and arranged for a late check out! AC was brilliant

Free breakfast! Maybe a tighter fitting door to keep the road noise out. Nicer bed - hybrid or some type that doesn't move so much.

The location is fantastic. The pool area was nice to sit and relax in. It was nice to only walk 1 block to the beach. The free use of chairs and umbrella was nice. The road on the front of the hotel is quite noisy both during the day and night. Our room door had some big gaps and the road noise kept us awake. The bed was a spring-type bed and soft.

I have no negative opinions. only two pieces of information... 1. the hotel is located on a street, so in some rooms at the front of the hotel you can hear passing cars. 2. There is a specific smell in the room.

The hotel is located 5 minutes from the beach on foot. Easy access, located on a street in a good neighborhood. It has its own free parking. Rooms and bathroom clean. In general, a positive assessment, for the price everything is ok.

The bed was comfortable and the room was fairly clean. No issues. Carpeting was old and probably dirty. Fridge worked fine. A/C could be better. Couldn’t really direct the airflow. Did not use the pool at all.

The walls are a little thin so could hear guests coming back late at night.

Good size room, we got an upgrade to a studio which was great and it was moments from the free trolley stop to south beach. Staff were very helpful and the place was clean.

I probably would have swum in the pool if it were heated.

I stayed here with my adult daughter for a 2-night getaway. It was an amazing budget option. The hotel is older, but the rooms are well maintained and cheerful. My daughter felt it had an "old Florida" feel to it. The hotel was quiet, with only a couple of people by the pool if any. The restaurants and shopping are a 23-minute walk away. The beach is very easy to get to with a few minutes' walk and was not at all crowded. We were able to easily find a spot to set up the chairs and umbrellas that the hotel provided without anyone closer than at least 20 feet from us. There are no (maybe just 1?) beach front high rises in the vicinity. We loved it!

The hotel was easy to find, ample free parking both at the front and rear of the property. Room was well furnished, comfortable bed and all facilities, coffee maker, fridge, hair dryer etc. All the staff were super friendly, especially the lady on the front desk who checked us in. Just a short walk across to the beach and the hotel had beach chairs and sun shades you could borrow free of charge.

Great location as its just by the trolly stop which takes you to South Beach and Ocean Drive. Basic hotel but a great price in a very expensive area. Good location to walk across to North Beach and a small pool to use. Reception staff were reall helpful.
