They did not have covers on the bed (only sheets), we asked front desk for covers and were given blankets The pool was not heated and super cold Beach chairs were not provided The elevator needs to be evaluated, it hasn’t been since 2021 (per the paperwork) and it was definitely a little scary

Our microwave had rust all in it, and the whole complex looked dated. Ice Machine couldn’t keep up with people and we had to ask for the lights to be turned on at the pool and the clerk said there wasn’t any, next night they were on.

Our room had a kitchen , however it wasn't stocked with enough cookware and utensils to really prepare a meal. The room had a unwelcoming odor. We determined that the smell was from the carpet which was so dirty that you couldn't walk on it without shoes because your feet would be black. Water from the air system on top of the building dripped on our balcony and on us.

the room was split so one bed had a view and the other was on the side with the door and no window. there were no mirrors outside the bathroom. the bathroom was super tiny. there was no toilet lid and the shelf above the toilet was the only place to put things along with the towels. there is nothing to prevent anything falling off the shelf into the toilet. the bathtub was not clean and there was mold.

Loved the location, the balcony, the view. the beach is just a hop skip and a walk. the pier is close by. I stayed in early April, parking was convenient. I felt safe in the location and facility.

On our last night, the floor lamp's bulb, which was the only source of light besides the window, had burned out. My other family members were out at the time, and the maintenance person that came to change the bulb was overly friendly, as in, after he finished changing the bulb and left, he returned a few minutes later to ask if I was married. A maintenance person probably has a key to the rooms. I got creeped out. It was unprofessional.

The hotel is right on the beach, and every room has an ocean view. It is close to restaurants and shops. Rooms have a full kitchenette. We didn't cook, but we enjoyed to full-size fridge. We enjoyed being able to walk up to our room for a beach break and being able to walk straight out to the beach.

parking lot is small & was hard to park also when i checked in i was given the wrong room & when i went back down to get it fixed i showed the lady at the desk the pictures of the room i had booked and she told me they had no rooms that looked like that — she ended up finally giving me the room i booked but i’m not sure why she tried to lie to me at first got stuck in the elevator for a few minutes at one point

The person checking us in, took my credit card info even though I already paid. He stole over $200 from me and I’m still waiting to get refunded from the hotel.

Price was too high and even we staied there for 4 nights nobody came to clean or asked if they should.

Noisy neighbors, room desperately needed to be repainted, no bar soap, no amenities. With all considered, the price was a bit high.
