Could have been slightly cleaner however where the accommodations could have been more sanitary, other areas were strong and made up for weaker area.

Check in was good desk clerk was friendly and efficient. Great location, nice pool and hot tub was enjoyable. Mid price range and satisfactory. value is equivalent to cost. We did have a slight issue with a couple of things that needed to be retouched for sanitary purposes. The view was nice Oceanside. Beautiful Beach!

Advertise breakfast included had nothing but coffee..Did not budget having to buy breakfast. Room's floor was real dirty.Took shoes off when we got there and socks were filthy in 10 mins. Husband found roach on headboard.

They didn't have an elevator 🤨. The room was very small to have a kitchen it was place right at the entrance to the room which was horrible. It was rust on all the light fixtures and the furniture. The stove burners were not working.

It got chilly at night and our heater/air unit would only blow out cold air and we didn't have a telephone. We told them on the first day and they said they would send someone to look at it. We were there for 5 days and no one ever came. The sliding glass door was really hard to open and close. It wasnt on track right or something. Also when I booked I called and asked what floor I would be on cuz they have no elevators so I needed a first floor cuz I had just had surgery and couldn't do steps, it was also supposed to be a suite with a full size fridge and stove. I gave the lady my conf # and she told me those rooms are on the 1st floor only. (Her exact words) So we get there and they put us on the 2nd floor. It wasn't bad with the steps but that's not the point. Also every time we needed anything we had to walk thru a maze to get to the front desk to ask for extra towels or tp or whatever. Paint is peeling off and falling off the ceilings in the hallway and on the walls. They had bought new lamp shades for the two lights by the bed, well they were the wrong size so they just sat them on top upside down! Also the hot tub was disgustingly dirty and cold, of course it didn't work. I went in and told them and they said, we know, you can use the one at the hotel next door. Another thing they don't tell u unless u ask 🙄It says on their website daily housekeeping and daily breakfast for free for some rooms and 10 cents daily for other rooms when they don't have breakfast or housekeeping at all. Housekeeping was only for ppl that were checking out. The staff was not friendly at all. There was a guy that was nice but the others didn't know what they were doing. But overall despite all the bad we had a great time and the location was perfect.

The location was a 10+++. Right on the beach and close to other things. Also loved the free breakfast at the restaurant next door. They don't tell u about it unless u ask tho.

I didn’t like the fact that the pool and hot tub wasn’t clean. Also there were no lights going up the stairs to get to each floor which is very dangerous. There was trash around the pool and the grounds in general. Our lock on the door didn’t work and had to be changed. My friend had broken glass next to her car in the parking lot and they got us a broom like we were supposed to clean it up. If I had made the mess I would have but we didn’t.

Had blood stains on sheets. Only was gave one set of towels and rags my whole 3-day stay. Never recieved room service at all. The room door actually broke and wouldnt shut all the way so we went to the front and they said they’ll send maintenance, but no one ever arrived. Bathtub kept stopping up. Horrible wifi.

I know you get what you pay for. I don’t mind having to go ask for towels and TP, but should not have to EVERY SINGLE DAY. Housekeeping didn’t stop by our suite during any of our 5 day stay. The continental breakfast doesn’t exist. If you complain you can get daily breakfast for free coupons for next door, but ONLY if you complain. They aren’t automatically offered. The hot tub was nasty and not working at all during our stay. The pool was shut down by the state board of heath our second day. Nothing was even said about it nor any kind of compensation or explanation given. Front desk didn’t know it had been closed. Signs disappeared third day. Was it because pool was reopened? Was it because signs were removed? We don’t know. Room for 6 ppl had one towel, one washcloth, one floor towel. No trash bags. Had to go ask for them, and sometimes go back two or times because they hadn’t been cleaned yet. Got caught going into unlocked linen closet by a staff member who reminded it was for “employees only.” I was an employee doing his job, way I saw it. Borrowed a broom and bought a dustpan so we could sweep the floor as no one even stopped in. Door stopped locking. Maintenance had to replace door mechanism. They were prompt but I had to stay behind for the three hours while my family went to pier point. I have left my number for mgr Mike Novak to call me. I have tried to call him for the last two days to no avail. I will continue trying.

I have stayed here many times. The location is ideal. The prices are great for beachfront. Edie was awesome.

The room was dirty, there was only one small trash can in the bathroom, the air conditioning on one side of the room stopped working, and the other was falling out of the wall. We couldn't get towels and our keys deactivated each day of our stay. The is also no access to the beach or elevator so we had to carry our beach wagon down the stairs.

The hot tub was very gross and not working my daughter got an infection in both eyes because of it The rooms where clean but they could use a deep cleaning the it kind of smelt musky but the room was a great family size and so there queen beds are actually full beds

Everything we never got towels or toilet paper took them all day to get the trash room was not clean some lights didnt work and air in one room didn't work only got two towels for 6 people and suppose to be no smoking but people were smoking weed you could smell it

The lamp shades were covered in rust. There was a hole in the kitchenette floor that was covered by a trash can. There was sand already on the bed when we arrived. The carpet was visibly dirty, and made our feet look like we had walked around Walmart bare-foot. The smell of the room was not pleasant. A couple dishes in the kitchenette cabinets did in fact have dried food remnants on them. The bed was as supportive as a piece of cardboard. We had absolutely NO service our entire stay, and it took at least 20 minutes to connect to wifi and even when we did, it did not help at all. Our room key-cards kept deactivating. One night the only one we brought out with us deactivated and we had to go NEXT DOOR to a different hotel that was babysitting to get a new one because the main lobby at Ramada was closed.

The shower had great water pressure and temperature. The location was a perfect walk to the beach and nearby restaurants.

Hot tub wasn’t working and pool was nasty . The room I booked wasn’t near what I paid for , I was supposed to have a full sized fridge and stove but there wasn’t and there wasn’t even a coffee pot. The tub wouldn’t drain and when they came to fix it they left it a nasty mess. That I had to clean. Poor communication between staff I almost got put out the room cause day shift staff wasn’t notified about my over stay. The vent in the bathroom didn’t work our room stank because of it . I had to ask the staff four times for towels that I still had to walk to the office to get and only received one of each towel and rag.

Door to our room looked like the police knocked it off the door jams, and wouldn’t close securely. Mold on the ceiling, frayed carpet and nails poking through. Pool and jacuzzi were in need of chlorine and vacuuming. Pavers missing around the pool, exposed wiring at the pool area.

We liked the staff, and the location. The view was amazing.
