Two receptionist ( Kayla and Toni ) , During peak check in time, with high volume, did a perfect job ! Managing every one with a smiling face , and reassuring personality. Note your complete staff were responsive and personable

Parking wAs hell... The water never got hot when showering. Stay Luke warm. Had German Roaches... I killed 3 or 4 in kitchen area in my room. Elevator stopped working for a few hours. The bed frame leg was broken.husband kept hurting his foot on it. Mattresses were awful...... I even sent email to them complaining and no one has responded

The area and beach was perfect... The housekeepers and the afternoon front desk lady was awesome the rest wasn't...

The pool was unclean, the beds need to be upgraded and stovetop coming apart, and the parking area need to be bigger.

I loved the oceanfront view, the location, and the space of the hotel.

Whole room was run down walls and ceilings patched, dirty looking carpet, beds are old hard and needs new ones! Just terrible

Room was very outdated. Needs a bit of a deep clean including the AC unit in the room. The beds need to be replaced. The room was very musty & not well kept. . Found a cockroach in the bathroom by the mirror which ruined our evening.

The rooms looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time! We actually bought a small vacuum cleaner just to vacuum the floors while we were there! They do need some TLC! We got 2 towels & 4 washcloths for a family of 6 that was suppose to last us 6 nights 7 days! The hot tub/spa wasn’t heated! In the laundry room only had 1 dryer that worked out of 3 & it stunk so bad that we had to take our cloths elsewhere to dry! & only 2 washers worked out of 3! Our whole 6 night 7 day stay not once did ANYONE come & clean our rooms, ask if we needed anything or bring us towels or even check in on us! We had to ask for trash bags to take out our own trash & we got 1 so we ended up buy trash bags as well! We had to buy more towels & washrags also! Bring your own linens if you have anyone needing to sleep on the sofa bed because there was none!

The location was great! It was right on the beach! Easy Walking distance to restaurants (Marcos pizza, arbys, McDonald’s), shops, & pier park! The beds were comfortable! The staff was friendly at checkin/checkout! I will mention that the young guy (never got his name) who was outside daily sweeping & cleaning the outdoor areas always had a smile on, always greeted us & asked how are morning was going! The rooms were spacious & I liked the layout of the rooms! There was plenty of pillows & they were comfortable!

One of the TVs & the hair dryer didn't work. The hair dryer fell off the wall when I tried to use it. Not much of a selection at the coffee station. The hot tub & lift chairs didn't work in the pool area. The bar wasn't open while my family & I were at the pool.

I loved the location. It's right on the beach with a view from the balcony. The price was good considering the time of year. The beds were comfortable. I also loved the fact it had a small kitchen inside the room.

Our toilet was stopped up from the moment we arrived. They did address it each time very promptly, but the issue was never resolved fully. It overflowed and then in turn made the carpet wet in the adjacent room. But the staff was quick to try and fix it every time.

The staff was exceptional. Friendly, efficiently, courteous and VERY VERY quick to resolve issues. The check in and check out was super easy and quick. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. They were too notch and this property is lucky to have them as employees.

The room wasn’t ready, had to wait 45 minutes and the room wasn’t even cleaned. Switched rooms was a little better. The rooms are outdated. They have done work to the office but the rooms need SERVERE work!

It was old and outdated. Pool and hot tub were out of service. But management let us go to other properties to use theirs.

The water in the shower was lukewarm. The heater/air conditioner didn’t work in the sitting area. The tile floor in the bathroom needed to be swept and mopped. There were no paper towels. There was no extra blankets for us to use because we like to wrap them around us while watching the fireworks.

The location. I went there on New Year’s Eve to see the fireworks and had a great view overlooking the ocean.

I didn’t like the quality of the WiFi. I was trying to work while there and it was just incredibly slow. I also didn’t the bed I think it Had a few dips in it. I also did find hair that wasn’t mine or my family’s in the shower. It was just a strand so nothing to complain about but just to make note. Also they didn’t have any soap, shampoo ect. available.

I love the location. I love the size of the room. The day I checked in the front desk lady was so sweet, nice and attentive. I also loved the size of the room. It’s like a small 1 bedroom apartment. I also loved how easy it is to get from your room to the beach with ease. It has enough parking there is also an overflow lot right across the street if the main parking is full.
