When checking in we didnt have any wash cloths the tub had hair in it.and the pull out chair had clothing tags inside.than on top of that we found a whole pack of cigarettes in the cabinets.then we call for room service no one never came to bring us clean towels wash clothes

- The check in process: our party was 3 people, one of them a senior citizen (age 82). Days in advance, I contacted to inquiry about early check in to facilitate our transition from where we were traveling. I received no response. - I also inquired via email about having two beds and not 1 bed and 1 sofa. I never received any response. - During the day of check in, my partner went to the main office while I was returning our rental car at a different location. She was told that the 3 of us needed to be present physically to complete the check in. Absurd! When I came back from returning the car, the manager did not know about this "requirement" and informed us that one person would have been enough, and that one person could have brought the 3 id´s, or even bring the id´s of the other people later on. We "wasted" three hours while waiting for the check in time - I contacted earlier via email asking about having 3 chairs, one per person. In the end, the unit had 2 beds, and we were told that we could grab a patio chair if any was available. - We stayed 5 nights: we asked for toilet paper by the second day (we were offered 3 rolls more, for 3 people). We bought our own tp. The main office was walking distance from the unit where we were, but at times we would stop by and a sign "I will be back in 30 minutes" would be on display. We understand that it is Christmas time, New Year´s time.... but the cost of this stay is supposed to cover 1 chair for each person in the party, enough toilet paper to not "bother" you again with this at the main office, and better pre-arrival communication. - We received, like everybody else´s, a voucher for a drink at a Hotel for a New Year´s party. - People were nice. Pre-arrival contact is encouraged via the application Booking, but there is no follow up, and in-person service (check in and service such as toilet paper) needs improving. Room (cleaning) service was available every 3 days if...

Location was excellent: Walking distance to the beach, and to a business area with wonderful "Cafe Sazon", and other businesses for meals and drinks. Walking distance to a Publix (grocer), next to a bus/trolley stop. Just excellent! Our unit was very quiet, clean and in general good value for the site. Bathroom a bit small. Being December-January, a bit expensive for 5 nights.

I arrived at the hotel lobby at 1245am with my 5yr old son. For the first time in Miami Beach and the taxi that brought me waited 15mins before leaving me incase I needed assistance. While the man working In the lobby sat and conversated with another guest. He then told me to give him 100 usd deposit when booking.com said to pay at hotel $0 which I, paid with no hesitation he then told me that my hotel was 4blocks away and here is the address. I asked him politely you do not assit guest at this hour? He rudely responded with a loud NO WE DO NOT! I then said while you took to long my taxi left? He told me to go on Google maps or call an Uber after i paid 75 usd to the taxi. He rudly said I can walk you out to the corner and point you in the right direction it is now 130am [mind you they have a golf cart that they take from location to location for themselves, supplies and garbage] I told him this was very disappointing as I am being sent to walk up for blocks with my 5yr old and suitcases at this hour he then responded that I must shut up or he would call the police and kick me out. I have never experienced something like this in all my life and how could you go on to enjoy yourself after this?[when I asked him his name as no badge on him, tells me to speak to Blanca in the morning that she is the manager] I finally get my son and I to the room? And there is mold all over the washroom and windows. I go to the lobby in the morning again 4 blocks away to find Blanca who could care less about how her employee treated us and or that the room was full of mold and my son has asthma. Instead she showed me 3 worse rooms. Thank you Miami Beach for the good memories but we will not stay back here of we return. ( the pictures they sent of my room on booking.com looked nothing like the rooms I was shown) I should finish off with they do not clean the room the whole time your there, I had to ask for toilet paper and change of towels myself

I liked that it was close to the beach from any of there locations and the only staff that cared to assist a single mother were Kareda and Adrian thank you so much for caring. Adrian put our suitcases in his own vehicle to bring us to 8100 Harding Ave. Where they put me to stay with a child 4 blocks from the hotels main lobby location. Kareda cares more for the clients of the hotel than the own manager Blanca (sorry if I have spelt there names wrong.

I tried to contact them BEFORE my trip trough Booking and directly to the reception in the app but they never answered.

The staff was very nice and always tried to help fast. The location was calm, 10 minutes walk to the beach. The bed was very comfortable.

The place seems clean but in cleanliness was not there. The TV, shower drainage and Fridge were all not working. The kitchen had no knifes. However the staff did the best they could the next day to fix the TV and Shower and on 2nd day changed the fridge for working one. You just need to be patient and firm with them and then they go over the moon.

The location is near the beaches and right at the main streets. Close to near bars and restaurants. It was a neat apartment with a lots of space and closets. The staff and workers and cleaning people were very nice and helpful. They really tried to do the best job they could. Comfy bed and hot shower. Kitchenette was very important for me to have to make my smoothies and celery.

We could not figure out how to turn on TV in bedroom, channels on TV in living room did not work and kept saying call for assistance, bathroom was not as expected and dirty, safe buttons broke night before our flight and there was no one in the office to help us. Living room could use more decorations (just a suggestion )

I liked that the living room was spacious , AC worked good , kitchen had everything we needed. Hospitality was nice when exchanging towels, shampoo, etc.

we received 3 total rolls of bathroom tissue. including the one on the holder. we had to buy our own. we stayed 6 nights and never got our sheets changed. I had asked once. The tv wouldn’t work, I messaged several times and finally a guy came and said the whole place is out. it came in the next day but then the remote wouldn’t change the channel. I asked and received new batteries. It still wouldn’t change the channel. When we did occasionally see someone around, they were very nice. The whole place needs upgrading, windows and blinds need replaced or at the very least cleaned.

we liked the kitchen and closets. They were working in the landscaping the whole time. which is somewhat annoying but it looked great when they were done.

Location was great, close to the beach and shopping!! About the hotel, I stayed at the property on 77th street, very nice!! Apartment size very comfortable, small terrace at the front was perfect to spend some time outside.

When booking, we were told we could request an early check in and a second bed, but neither of those were available. Bedding for the third guest on the pull-out couch wasn't initially provided, and we had to get it from the check in location (which is different from the room location). The floors were also dirty and the wifi only reached the living room.

It was a good location for going to the beach. There is a nice common space with lounge chairs. The price was affordable compared to other hotels and airbnbs.

My room had fruit flies all in the kitchen when we checked in. Someone was suppose to come the next morning to do something about it but never showed up. The dining room chairs were old and peeling, so we never got to use the kitchen. The bathroom needs some updating and the knob for shower also sprayed water when you turn it. We stayed 5 nights and housekeeping never came to change sheets, replace towels or clean our room.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was a great size. The AC worked wonderfully. The power blew in our room and the staff worked as quick as possible to accommodate and repair it. Being 2 blocks from the beach and 4 blocks from the Bandshell was awesome.

Location - size of apt, = We ve been there in APR =ONE WEEK =WE VE GOT THE KEY 3.30 pm ,[not at 3 pm ] ,after waiting 'outside' of the office [requested] BY RECEPTIONIST the GUY DID NOT KNOW HOW LONG WE HAD TO WAIT ,, = this time = also one week stay = 88 F ,,the guy did not know and insisted we had to 'wait outside' the office IN THE SUN and we ended having to wait until 3 50 PM [not at three ] WHEN WE GOT IN THE ROOM =TOWELS WERE MISSING - not acceptable again THE TV DIRECT TV [signa] went off 4[ four times ] ,,and AFTER 6 PM THERE ARE 'NOBADY' than can do anything ,,

The room was not properly cleaned before arrival and it lacked some of the basics (ie: there are no pegs to hand towels, nowhere to place sope in the shower, basic kitchen items).

Location is great! The beach is very close, 2 blocks from the hotel. Also very easy to take the bus to Southbeach, Balharbour and aventura.

The room was very spacious for a couple ! I love that it was only like a four mins walk to the beach 🏝️! The only thing I hated about the area was parking after a certain time it’s hard to find parking but other than that it’s a great location and you can walk to restaurants and grocery stores
