WiFi v poor and tv did not work. No one on site to talk too and we did not have a us phone to call.

We lost the key in the ocean and it's a 150 dollar charge to replace the key, it cost 5 bucks to get a replacement. That charge is way too high. Also the neighbor was a creep and we would catch him staring in our room throughout the day

Very comfortable with everything we needed. Bathroom was remodeled, great shower, and comfortable beds. Very close to the beach and promenade. Kitchenette was well stocked.

No place to hang up our coats since there was no closet. A few hooks would have been great.

The shared back porch area was kind of weird and unexpected, but we just kept that door locked and called it good.

I do wish they had office staff at the building itself as sometimes phone connection is spotty. The walls we’re pretty thin so pretty easy to hear outside noise

Very clean and cute room. Great location in town for fair price. The beds were super comfy, and rooms were stocked well with plenty of toiletries. Staff was friendly and helpful on the phone.

The room was great, spacious, bright and nicely decorated and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. There were shampoos, conditioners, make up remover towelettes, and lotion, which was a very nice amenity, oh, and plenty of towels !What I really appreciated, was how clean the room was; it didn’t look clean it felt clean. When we walked in it smelled clean, but not like it had been disinfected or someone had used a bunch of smelly cleaners, it just had an overall fresh feeling like somebody had actually cleaned it. The location was great, just a few blocks walking distance from the promenade path that leads into town. A couple of notes, and these aren’t bad things they’re just suggestions: I would put some hooks, at least in the bathroom for coats or towels, scarves, or hats. My comment about this is not the first, but it really is necessary. There was nowhere to hang our wet coats other than drape them over the shower and the bathtub, and the Oregon coast gets a lot of rain 🙈I like the check-in process, but maybe be a little tad flexible on checkout; if a guest is actively loading the car it’s probably a sure sign they’re checking out. We’ll definitely stay again, due to the cleanliness, location, and overall presentation of the room we stayed in. My only regret, I forgot to take photos for this review, but it really is as advertised ☺️👍

The kitchen was pretty sparse, only 3 forks, no dish towel, no ice trays. One of the kitchen chairs was broken, the couches weren't comfortable and very small. I realize the room is small but one decent couch would have been better. The bottom drawer in the bathroom was broken. There was only one small dish. The kitchen needs more equipment to work with

It looked like it was redone inside and looked great. The shower took a few minutes to heat up but was great when it did. Walking distance from Broadway. The beds were comfortable. It was very clean.

We could have used hooks to hang some things as there are no closets, including in the bathroom. Even with two people it was difficult to hang your washcloth and a towel. I realize and loved the clean look but it would help.

Bed was great. Kitchen worked well. Location perfect. Artwork super fun. Couldn't have a better walk to the beach.

The room was great except for a few little things. No closet or hooks in room. Without a closet hooks would have been nice. The flooring panel to the rest room was broke. The entrance door panel was coming off. It is metal and we had to be careful to not run into it. It would definately alice someone really good. One Of the table chairs had a nail Sticking up through the seat. I sat on it! Even with one mi or issues we still enjoyed it!

The location was great! Close to beach and entertainment! Quiet neighborhood. Decor was pleasant. Contactless check in was different but liked!

We thought we were staying in a cottage but a better description would have been duplex. The kitchen could use a serving bowl and measuring cup. The utensils were basic but worked. The floors were dirty and the scrubber in the sink had someone's food in it. The coffee pods made the kitchen smell funky.

We liked the location to the beach, we had a parking spot, no noisy neighbors, and a comfortable bed. Also liked having the living room space. The email communication was welcoming and helpful.

There was a fan in the main bedroom but the second bedroom did not have much air flow. I talked to the office about that and they were very appreciative of the information and were going to get fans for those bedrooms. Again, very responsive staff!

The units are adorable. I really like having a separate second bedroom and the beds had really nice linens and were extremely comfortable. I called the office, which is off site, two or three times and went by there once to pick some extra coffee and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. 10 stars for the office staff!

The rooms and bathroom were very bright, neat, and clean. The bathroom came with everything you may need and more. The location was great, close to the beach and shops but still quiet. The contactless check-in was quick and easy, and the office provided us with more towels as soon as we asked. 10/10!!

The way you get the key for the room. Thank god there was someone around to figure how to get key out of the key box. You have no way to get ahold of someone if you lock yourself out. No way of contacting front office and no face in office.
