Two of the main indoor attractions were closed for maintenance: the pool slide and the game room.

The location was great; close to stores and restaurants and the beach. We were able to rent bikes and ride around the area. The pond with paddleboats was fun, and the indoor pool was nice since we were there in April.

The pool was disappointing - we didn't realize one slide would be closed, and that the arcade would be closed. That was a bummer for the kids. We also discovered that the walls are very thin. Someone in the unit next to us had a game night that kept us up late one night. We asked them to quiet down, and they were angry because our daughter's crying apparently woke them the night before. Not enough privacy.

We enjoyed the arts & crafts for the kids, and the paddleboats.

I understand that you were coming out of winter and I expect you will make the exterior stairs and decking look better. We were older 76 & 74 and our location 904 B required more stairs to enter the building than we would have liked. Our "neighbors" were a bit noisy early on but quieted later. Sound insulation isn't optimal. We could hear the dryer and washer running full cycles from our bed room. That said our room entry door has a big gap at the bottom and the washer dryer which is not enclosed in the front and is approx. 6 feet from the entry so the sounds came in under the door.

Professional, personal staff, Spacious clean king suite. Landscaping maintaining natural trees ans shubs is very nice.

The walls are super thin(you will hear your neighbors), the big slide was out of order (which we knew beforehand) the gameroom was closed until further notice (which we didn't know beforehand).

Sometimes, we could hear our neighbors below slam a door, but I think that was more the neighbors' fault than the resort's. Also, be aware that you're only allowed a certain number of vehicles per suite rental. They do offer overflow parking. We were sad that the large slide was closed, but we knew that before going.

We participated in so many activities!! We had a quiet family gathering, and my 20-something kid just couldn't stop dragging us to some of the art, painting, building, etc., activities at the resort. We also enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and paddle boats!! Our rooms were amazing. We had a suite with bedrooms, and it was odd, as it was two connected suites, so we had two kitchens, but I have no complaints there. There was lots of storage and plenty of space. We had a blast!

There was no bedding for the sofa bed. We requested the extra bedding but it was never delivered.

We were not aware of a breakfast. The accommodations were excellent. It was a great place to relax.

The pillow. There was enough pillows (4) but they were all hard which gave me difficulty to sleep well. I did suggest to the staff that they should at least put 2 soft and 2 medium pillow.

The pull-out sofa beds are not very comfortable. This couldn't be helped, but the games room was unexpectedly closed to repair the floor, so the kids were disappointed in that since the big slide was also closed.

We loved the paddle boats, pool, and movie selection to borrow. The room was clean and spacious. Even though the weather was bad, it was nice to walk the trails on the grounds.

Beautiful setting in woods with lake in front of main entrance. Comfortable one-bedroom suite with kitchen. Fantastic indoor water park, but we weren't there long enough to enjoy it.

My husband is a leg amputee and had to go up 2 flights of stairs.

The weather in the winter, but one can’t change that.

Apartment was very clean and organized. Kitchen utensils were amazing. Multiple beds and rooms to choose from. Super close to Walmart. Hiking trail nearby was nice.

The bed was "very" firm, I had to go purchase a topper to have a good night's sleep. The facilities do not provide "loaners" for those who prefer a softer bed. Other than that I have no complaints! We will be going back!

Not having the big green slide operational was a disappointment. Having only generic answer of its not safe was ok but its 2024 time to tell exactly what the plans are. If you don't have any...well, schedule a meeting with staff and make some. Customers are spending money to be at your resort. Try putting yourself in their shoes....

There were several outlets in the kitchen that did not work. And it would of been nice to have someone at least pick up trash.

The room was very nice. We liked the pool and the ability to sign out sporting equipment
