The coffee pot didn't work, only one tiny bag of coffee for a four day stay. No housekeeping during stay and only one tiny tube of shampoo and no conditioner.

The staff was super. Friendly, helpful!! We had a pretty noisy ceiling fan and asked them about it. Someone came over a few hours later to check it out and the next day they replaced it! We will definitely be booking with them in the future!

Had some trouble getting the code for the room after hours. It took about 45 minutes but they were very pleasant and finally got the code for me.

Clean room and comfortable bed that was priced really reasonably. The location was excellent.

Whoever made up the room forgot a blanket, only sheets on the bed. We asked early on for a blanket but only ever received a very old one the front desk pulled out of the storage closet. I appreciated the desk trying to help but noone ever came with an actual blanket our entire stay.

I liked the door code to get in since we had to check in after typical check in hours. The front desk staff were very nice and the room was clean.

Needs more outside lighting. I wish that the room had a kitchenette, but not a deal breaker.

I liked the two bedrooms and the 2 bunk beds in the second bedroom. I also liked the fireplace and the location. The price was right. TV in each room. My wife loved the comforter. King bed was extra comfortable. Strong water pressure in shower.

I love that they have photos of the room up because you think that is what you're going to get but that isn't the case. I had room 226, just me with my 9 year old son. And the room looked so pretty in the photos but the valance wasn't on the window where you could tell it once was and everything was yellowed and aged plus numerous water spots on the ceiling. Not knocking it that much because it was clean but just the appearance of what I was expecting wasn't what was shown in pictures. And second I understand the timing of this because it is a busy area but this was not a great wake up call...2 of the nights I heard a garbage truck picking up the big dumpsters in the back to empty them at 4 in the morning. Granted they have to be emptied but I thought it was gun shots because I was in a dead sleep after a 10 hour drive. I looked out the window and saw the garbage truck. I think I heard them the next night too but I was too tired to get up and look out the window. PS this room is in the back corner right next to the dumpsters. I wish parking was a little better. Also bring extra pillows. I'm glad we brought extras for the car ride. The thermostat is tricky and old so it didn't really do anything for the room. I set the heat at 75 on heat for auto and still remained about 65 in the room feeling like the air was on. Last I didn't know that it was right over a gift shop which is common in that area but they were doing some kind of remodeling or construction somewhere because one day we were hearing drilling and pounding which sounded like it was coming from our room. It was mainly during the day and a little in the evening. Please do not take these comments as knocking this place because I think it was a great price for a decent motel to stay and may use them again but it is a motel in a high traffic location and not a high class place where you should have high expectations.

Great location, close to attractions and restaurants. Like that it was smaller without a bunch of rooms and made transportation easy. Check in was easy and the TV is a smart TV so you're able to log in to your streaming services but make sure you log out. Room is very clean but the one I had didn't look as new and clean as the photos showed it once was. The jacuzzi was great. Although I didn't use it my son was obsessed and used it every day like it was a pool to him. Haha! Water pressure is really good too and the water gets hot! Microwave works well too but it is super small so if you bring popcorn for a movie night in for a night make sure it is the mini bag otherwise it will burn because it won't turn. Mini fridge is great and was reasonably cold. Posted pictures are from when we were leaving to check out. I'm the type of person that doesn't leave a mess but it looks just like what we arrived to.
