We had specified our expected check in time to which we showed up on time to find there was no one at the front desk. We had to call them and wait 10-15 minutes for someone to arrive. Not the biggest inconvenience and deterrent to stay here; however, was definitely annoying after a very long day of driving

Nice indoor pool. Heat your crankcase. Quiet. Comfortable.

The indoor pool was an unexpected surprise. It had a longer diagonal than many motel pools. There was a "grab and go" breakfast. (No seating, everything sweet, terrible coffee). There were a few electrical outlets in the parking lot (presumably for crankcase heaters, but also capable of trickle-charging an EV). (2kW if you have the right equipment with you.)

Rooms are dated and beds are not super comfortable but not terrible.

The room was pretty quiet as far as neighboring room noise and street traffic. The heat and refrigerator were loud - bring earplugs. Grab and go breakfast was a nice option. Staff was friendly, pool was warm and clean. Close to the ski hill which is super convenient!

The 3rd bed was very uncomfortable and hard. It looked like it used to be part of a trundle bed. If it had a thicker mattress, it would definitely help. The room next to us had 3 dogs that barked occasionally, even though the office had a notice that no dogs were allowed. I don't know if they had special permission or not, but they were there.

The room was nice & big. The room had everything we needed for our stay during the Red Lodge Christmas Stroll weekend. The 3rd bed was a little uncomfortable, but the 2 queen beds were pretty good. It was a nice quiet location on the end of town.

The hotel is old and the room smelled a little like smoking had been allowed. But it was comfortable.

Location was wonderful and a great spot to stop between Cody and Billings. Deer Lodge is a nice little town.
