The A/C fan, which was on 24/7 & was very nosie & the ceiling fan was very dirty from all dust from the fan blowing on to it.

It was very centralised for where I needed to get to & very easy to get into the apartment despite all the different door codes.& The bed was comfortable.

All of the furniture feels very flimsy and precarious. There is no way to reach the main overhead light to turn in on, so the only light I have after dark is a small lamp and my phone's flashlight.

The location is close to the train station and surrounded by beautiful streets. There are a few good restaurants close by. I want to try the Ethiopian place.

The AC turns on for 10-15 min twice + per hour and no way to regulate. It was raining and cold and it still was working. The lighting in room is awful. One weak night table light and one overhead which turns on only with fan blades spinning.

Common area is spacious and all essentials there in kitchen if cooking yourself ; hot water is instant in shower

Long hairs all over the bedspread, but bed was clean. Only because I'm tall and could see the top of the refrigerator, its being extremely dusty was bothersome. Long flight of stairs to the room could be an issue if you have a lot of luggage and/or knee problems.

Short walk to train station. Beautiful kitchen if you have time to cook. Otherwise, a variety of places to eat within a couple blocks. Internet connection was stable and fast. Quiet neighborhood

- the bed in our personal opinion was not comfortable and we did not sleep well. but again personal opinion - the only real downside is there is only one bathroom to the three bedrooms meaning you offer had a panic of if you’d make it😂

- the property had a huge kitchen and dining area which was great - had a washing machine and dryer (which didn’t work initially - but it got sorted)

Quiet area.Own room with fan. Downstairs with aircon and kitchen. 11mins to walk from Amtrak station. Downtown around 30mins or so.

When someone used the washer dryer, it felt like an earthquake happening. Mentioning the switch locations for the stairs would have been helpful. 1 pair of plug points were not functioning, had to unplug the table lamp and then use that one for charging.

It was an easy check in. The host was quick to response. Room was clean.

Although the location smell good. It was not too clean, you got dust in some places and mold in the bathroom. I am 100% sure my sheets were not clean or if they were cleaned. they didn't use a good detergent because they smelled dirty. Before my stay I asked about the parking. I was told they had private parking right away. The day of my stay i get informed that parking is not really private and it is a free for all. I called and send text asking for clarification and they were ignored. Lastly after informing the staff I was staying an extra day. They either ignored it or maybe it was human error but my stuff were taken out of my room. Although I had informed them weeks ahead of my stay and paid for it as well.

Location was good. Price was reasonable for the condition of the place and it was secure. The area is quiet surprisingly and people seem to mind their business.

Not really a knock on the place, because this might have been my fault, but it looked like we were getting the place to ourselves. Sharing the bathroom was hard, and we didn't bother with the kitchen because that was too much with others there. It worked for us, and we didn't feel ripped off, just ill informed. Also, if you go, bring your own soap and wash cloth. They provide towels.

This is ADVERTISED as a studio ITS NOT. This is a house with at least 5 rooms. The bathroom they have posted is not the same bathroom I had to use. The washer and dryer did not work. There was no toilet paper, host supplied some the next day. The stay could have been better if the host made small updates to the place. Fresh paint throughout the house, white or light color sheets to insure that they are clean, fresh shower curtain.

This is my first time staying in a room that’s not at a hotel so keep that in mind when reading my review. Location, Location, LOCATION! So convenient the light rail is about two blocks away and the house was quiet. Check in was fast and easy. Microwave was clean

some door lockers need to be fixed. It was a bit hard to open and close the front door, even with the right code.

the room and common area were spacious. The location is central and easy to find. There are restaurants, and beautiful buildings in this area.
