The TV didn't work and even though Pavel tried to help me via text messages, he abruptly ended our conversation and my husband was not happy having to spend the rainy night inside without TV. The canopy attached to the camper had a hole on one end, causing water to spray over the entire patio area, making it impossible to sit outside without getting soaked.

1 - The dishes were not clean (glasses, grease inside the frying pan, the plastic glass for toothbrush dirty), the windows needed to be cleaned, inside the trailer, there were stuff from previous tenant such as one piece of earpiece, BBQ was filthy and no way we could use it (we had seen a comment about the BBQ on the reviews, but we thought it would be solved, which was obviously not the case). The overall outside of the trailer was not very clean, therefore not very appealing. See pictures attached. 2 - Toilet paper not provided, dish towel not provided, very cheap cutlery and dishes. 3 - Did not appreciate being advised of a $20.00 fee per hour if you check in early or late. We travel extensively and usually people try to accommodate you for one or two hours, if they can without any additional cost. If they cannot accommodate, it's just fine, but considering we were staying 3 nights, we thought this was very bad taste.

The trailer is roomy, bathroom and shower work well. Bed is comfortable and neighbours quiet. Great heated pool as well at this time of the year.

Few points of attention : Photos are showing 2 different caravanes. be careful of the one you are selecting. The time to reach Naples is around 20 minutes by car so take it into account as not to much just close to the camp site. Negative point : The mattress of the main bed is close to be dead & the couch is not confortable as a second bed.

the RV was very cute. some of the lights inside did not work. i would recommend full seat cushions on the table for added comfort. also maybe darker curtains in the bedroom to help with the light in the mornings. maybe air fresheners.

it was a very cute RV park, very clean and peaceful. loved it had a pickleball and basketball court and pool. main bed was comfortable. good set of all essentials. good instructions upon entry.

We found nothing to not like about our stay, considering that we were staying only one night, everything was good including the free continental plus breakfast. This place would be perfect for a budget minded longer stay as well.

Good location for everything in the Naples area, short drive to downtown, the pier and the beach. The furniture is dated, but everything was clean and worked fine. Our room was large and had a patio that opened to the pool area. Most of the rooms on the first floor appeared similar. We booked through tripadvisor plus and got a good rate for a Saturday night in Naples. The grounds were very interesting tropical decor and maintained first class, especially considering that this is more of a roadside inn than a hotel.

We had to “really clean” the place when we came in . When we open the door we came across 3 roaches. Also the pictures shows the outdoor kitchen, but nothing is connected or clean to be used.

We booked for two nights based on previous reviews. Awful inside-mold, dirty, light bulbs missing, bedroom smelled moldy and dirty. The worst part was all the animal hair that was on the sofa, bed, in the heater vents (heater didn't work-has to use little portable unit for heat even though it was winter). That was just some of the issues. We were both having respiratory issues and had to check out after one night. Because there was a no refund policy, they would not refund for second night even though property was not as presented in the listing. Don't stay here-dont know who wrote the good reviews- maybe the owners!
