Everything was how it was listed. Very clean property, comfortable beds. The host was very helpful. We stayed over just one night so we didn’t have a chance to browse the neighborhood.

You can tell the hosts went above and beyond to create a unique and comfortable experience! There are laundry facilities (coin-operated) on site, which ended up being unexpectedly needed and appreciated. the back yard is full of spots to sit, games to play, and even an outdoor bird cage with parakeets! There were so many nice touches in the unit itself (we were in unit 3), and we were all VERY impressed! If we go back to Miami for anything, we will be staying here again!

It is a small, cozy apartment and we felt comfortable from the first moment on. It offers everything you need, is clean and quiet. We stayed with our little daughter and she loved the garden and the possibilities to play. Its the perfect spot to explore Miami and surroundings. 10 min from airport and a 5 min walk from the bus station to Miami Downtown. We can really recommend it.

It was super cute, really clean and well appointed with nice fixtures and linen. The garden beds were comfy. I even shared the pull out with my 13 year old and it was fine. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet and only 10-15 mins from Calle Ocho and Domino Park area. It’s about 20 mins from Wynwood. And quick to get into South Beach and Miami city by car although. You need a car. Mike and Jess were really helpful and kind recommending Joes Stone Crab for my special 50th Night out.

The backyard is a restful dream and the hosts were exceptionally helpful and quick to reply. We had our peace enjoying the nice weather in a restful environment with birds and beautiful trees and plants. My mom is very picky about smells but she was complimenting the nice smelling sheets and pillows. We had everything we needed and more and there were so many restaurants and business like pharmacies just walking distance away. We learned later that it's a family business and they take care of everything from cleaning duties to hosting. It's very rare to find a location with two sepparate bedrooms, what we needed for my mom and me. But they had a TV and an aircon in each room and the second room is a sofa bed which was perfect for this occasion.They're lovely poeple and I wish them the best! Can definetely recommend and when we come back we'd love to stay here again.

Maybe a chance to cook something small in a kitchenet. Other than that nothing. But I gues it is an american way of eating outsidet.

It is a smaill, but nice and clean apartment, close to scenic places in Miami area. Perfect for a family with one child. We came 3 hours earlier, which was not a problem at all. The location is close to Little Havana in Miami and close to other interesting area +like South beach, wynwood,.. No breakfast, but our host Michael prepared some coffe, outmeal for the first need. And for the early start in the morning if you want to check as much as possiblle.

Can't think of anything negative, other than some adverse odor, possibly coming from the mini split air conditioners.

No breakfast, but Keurig machine and pods were supplied, as well as some things to eat for breakfast.

Nothing, it was perfect!

The apartment was so clean, as soon as we walked in it had such an amazing smell. We were so blown away by all the little extra amenities the owners provided. Truly above and beyond is how I would describe it.
