The amenities on the property were great. Pool, hot tub, beach and two restaurants. Host was amazing also, we felt very taken care of.

Not being able to contact owner for four days as AC unit was not working, it made horrendous noise all night, the refrigerator was warm the first day, the door lock was catching since arrival and the closet door did not work and jammed every time. Only three hangers in closet. 7th ñ

Beach, food, but only two choices, things mostly in walking distance and great weather.

The GPS doesn't work in some of the immediate surrounding areas and we were misdirected to a different condo before we initially got there. I made the mistake of traveling on a holiday & the hosts had their phones turned off when I tried to call at bedtime (near 10 pm) to report an issue. It was pretty serious to me & the did offer a discount but I think the discount should have been a little more. The hosts are very friendly.

I appreciated the quiet neighborhood. The location was very nice; close to water. There was a nice playground nearby for children and a basketball hoop (not sure it was a full/half court?) The pools were nice but could use a few more umbrellas or some sort of shading for elderly & baby patrons.

There was 4 of us and 3 pillows. The 3 pillows were flat and offer zero support for our heads. The mattress was also uncomfortable. We booked this room to extend our original stay(our initial room was booked out) and it was very different in terms of things left for us. There were no extra blankets for the couch bed meaning we had to go buy a blanket for our kids. No extra trash bags (there's no daily room service so when your trash fills you takenit out, that's fine for us but no way to replace the bag). If I hadnt have stayed in a different room already that was fully stocked with everything from beach chairs, to extra blankets and extra towels this room would have been more impressive but it only supplied 2 towels for 4 people. It definitely needs to look at amenities for people, not just a bed and tv.

Room was clean and large. I liked that it had a option if a couch that turned into bed. Made it easy for just relaxing. The view was great and convient first floor.

BARE BONES HOTEL ROOM . Roku only remote dead. Big gap between mattress and headboard..pillows kept falling thru NO KITCHENALIA whatsoever...no plates bowls cutlery .no tub stopper. No table for meals/games

Not very clean. There was a big smudge of something brown on the couch. Only one of the lightbulbs over the sink was working. Place was very dark. Definitely needs some upgrades. The most disappointing thing was that the fishing pier was closed due to damage. This should have been noted somewhere on the listing. We brought fishing gear and were unable to fish. VERY disappointing!!

The view of Tampa Bay was beautiful.

Arriving, I hadn't received the email for entering. We did contact the owner and he was helpful, and we did receive the code then. The room (apartment?) is far from beautiful, The furnishings are mostly mismatched. Curtains were horrendous. Lampshades were dusty. It was dark and dingy and smelled. There was a dehumidifier running constantly, that was so loud along with the loud air conditioner, we had to shut it off to try and sleep. We slept like 3 hours that night. The bed and pillows were awful. We only had 1 wash cloth. We honestly couldn't wait until morning to leave. For what we paid (same price) compared to a stay we had at the Fairfield , beach front in Lake Worth, no comparison. That was beautiful. I realize everyone has their own expectations, but this place honestly needs to be revamped and not described as a beautiful apartment, beautiful was the ocean and outside grounds maybe, not the place.

The outside property and beach and pool area are beautiful, and ocean is right there.

There was trash left in the garbage cans from the people who stayed before us. Looked like it was left by the cleaning crew. Everything else was cleaned and stocked.
