Slightly dated furniture

valet parking, the hot tub was amazing, we BBQ’d in the pool area. Walking distance to the cafes and shops around UCLA. Safe area. Great location, easy to get to everything LA has to offer.

We had a problem with one of the toilets clogging. I called whatever number I had been given. I called 3 times to no avail so I asked the reception desk downstairs. They got it fixed right away. Also the tv choices were so bad we didn’t really watch it. I would have at least enjoyed local tv.

The location was amazing! Kind of noisy. The front desk people were beyond friendly. We felt very welcome.

Every single thing in this Residences is amazing. The two bedroom was very big, the swimming pool is very warm,barbecue is to use , you have everything you need in the apartment. I highly recommend it.

Would be helpful to have noise cancellation/ blackout blinds or drapes. Neon lights came through disrupting sleep.

1) the address listed is not correct. The entrance is NOT on Lindbrook Drive, but on 10833 Wilshire Blvd. Even the arranged Taxi driver that picked us up from the airport had the wrong address. Only because I looked at the video that was sent to me was I able to tell the driver to go around the block and visually find the entrance. 2) the communication with the owner was non existing and we had a VERY hard time getting into the Unit. NO owl with the key fab was hanging on the door of the unit. The building concierge was very nice but not connected with these rental units and also had a hard time getting in touch with someone . Ultimately she was able to let us in to the unit. And we found the key fab hanging in the kitchen. Mistakes like this can happen, it's the lack of communication we are the most upset about.

Location was great . And so was the apartment.

The host was very proactive in ensuring we had a smooth checkin and guided us in every step of the way. The property itself is excellant. kids were very happy to see cerials and energy bars and beverages to welcome them

We had a little bit of trouble getting into the house and accidentally locked ourselves out! Booking.com lists it as a condo, and there were no lights on to help us see the number above the door, so we got confused. For anyone who's confused like I was, it's a house on a corner with a trampoline in the front yard - there's no condo office or onsite host like the instructions say. The actual host lives a few blocks away and is very responsive. Because it was Christmas, we didn't make a big deal about any issues. They were minor. We never did get the jacuzzi hot tub working and it probably needs instructions left onsite (as well as a light - it's dark back there!) The host also has a few things to adjust to make this a perfect rental property. We left a list of suggestions.

Wonderful full-sized 2-story house with a great host who was very friendly and helpful. The backyard was surprisingly large, but we didn't use it much. The neighborhood is amazingly quiet and safe - very upscale in Santa Monica. It was great for our family of five and the location was awesome for seeing the sights around LA.

It advertises a hot tub but the water was dirty. I contacted the property about it but never got a response back.

We cannot believe how beautiful the home was :) it was amazing, like everything was great! Property, location and the host exceeded our expectation. The house is huge, it really can accommodate a big family. And all the rooms are spacious, beds were comfy. Cannot ask for anything more. Everything was perfect, we so love the place :) :) :)

The dining table turn into pool table was mind blowing! Furniture were all modern and pleasing to the eyes. Unlike other staycation homes that they put unnecessary extravagant furniture. This home was simple, yet awesome! We had a marvelous stay, definitely exceeded our expectations. The host, the location and the place is perfect. You will not ask for more.

What a big house perfect for a family staycation. It has a roomy living area and we adored the dining room for having such a lovely table. Bedrooms are all spacious with comfy beds. And we had a great chill time staying at the backyard. Our stay was extraordinary! This place is highly recommended.

The house was amazing! It has a spacious living room and dining area, perfect for a big family. And the kitchen was well equipped, my Mom cooked all our meals during our stay and she was so happy because she would rather have home-made food than take outs. All the rooms were big and the beds were comfortable. Definitely a great stay and would love to come back.

This place exceeded our expectation. It was truly a home away from home. Plus the host was very accommodating, she made sure that we were all settled and asked if we needed anything else during our stay. In which, we did not request for anything anymore because it has everything that we need. The have complimentary toiletries, sheets, blankets and towels were provided. There was a kitchen with complete kitchen stuff that you can use for cooking, so my wife was so happy since she loves to prepare meals for the family. And the location was near the beach so it was a plus for the kids lol We really had a great time! No doubt that we will definitely book this lovely home again and recommend to friends and families :) Thanks for sharing your home.

It was much more larger than expected. The home is advertised as 3 bedroom family home but has almost a 5 bedroom feel . I guess the owner wants to keep the families comfortable. The backyard was my favorite place with a unique lemon and orange tree from the same trunk. The master bedroom has a king bed and an attached room with a queen bed. 2 more bedrooms with queen beds and the den has a truddle with 2 full size beds. Gorgeous home and gracious host who actually came to check us in. 100% recommended.

The location was very accessible to restaurants and a few min drive to the beach. The place was very homey, clean and spacious. We had a great stay, it was perfect for families no need to book separate rooms in a hotel, this is the place! Highly recommended. And the host was so nice. We will definitely stay here again!!!

I waaaaant to stay longer!!! But need to go back to work. It was a very nice place. It's feels home away from home. The location was amazing, the place was close to the beach and so my kids were so happy. We had a comfy stay, we will come back. Thank you so much to the host, they were really accommodating :)

The place was amazing! Big modern rooms, spacious living room and kitchen, also well equipped. We love the backyard, there was a gazebo which was very cozy for morning coffee. We had a relaxing and comfortable stay and the host was soooo nice! Location was also very accessible to restaurants and close to the beach!!!! My family and I are already planning the next staycation at this place.

Very very comfortable stay. Its more like a full 5 bedroom home. Extremely homey and love the host. This entire home is located walking distance from Brentwood market and saw my share of Hollywood celebrities on my Saturday brunch there. It was an OMG moment for me. The backyard is huge Extremely Zen. Also the jacuzzi cozy and clean. I couldn't be more happier and definitely recommend this home to families looking to actually taste Santa Monica and Brentwood living.

The first day we came we saw that the TV was broken. I called several times and send a picture from the TV to let them know and no one came to fix it. the day before we left, the TV fell down and hit my leg. totally irresponsible management!!!

There was confusion with the address. The company failed to provide us with the right address and directed us to an apartment in spite of I asked one day before for the correct address (out of 3 provided). While arriving the house was totaly unprepared and dirty. We had to ask for cleaning. The house is very old and that can be felt in almost everything.

The check-in was very convoluted. I had asked to receive the door opening app for download before I left Europe, but that was not possible. I received it in LAX. I received a message saying to phone 30 minutes before arrival at the property, which I did, only for the call to go unanswered and to receive a text message saying "I am not answering as it is my day off"!! Upon arrival at the property the door was unlocked and we discovered that the WiFi was not working due to non payment of the bill. This meant we could not leave the property as there was no way to lock the door. In addition there were no TV channels, due to the lack of WiFi. We phoned as soon as we arrived to flag the issue and went to bed. The issue was resolved about 3 hours later at midnight.

The location in Brentwood was perfect! The property changed their name to Beverleywood the day before I arrived, but the property I stayed in was on 26th Street in Brentwood. The house was a good size and well furnished (although a bit dated)

it wasn't clear that two of the double bed rooms were adjoining without a door, and random items were found that cleaners had missed, a cigarette lighter under a bed, a single ear-ring, emails to agent about hair-dryer went unanswered

the hot tub/jacuzzi didn't look useable and there was no hairdryer. emailed that it was not in a drawer - no reply - had to buy one at T J Maxx the check in email has sent late Tuesday night when we were flying from London on Wednesday morning, UK time, so we hadn't seen the registration invite - why not send it a day or two earlier?? so we arrived and couldn't get in, as the app for the door had to be downloaded without wifi - international data allowance was quickly used up, and we had to make two international calls on our UK phones after landing in LA to gain access, then sit outside in dark trying to upload the door entry app, til let in by someone who could see us struggling via the door cam
