Heater in the room was VERY loud when it kicked on and the motel is on a busy road so there was some noise

It's a safe motel. A bit dated but it works, beds are comfortable. Price is a bit high. But that's denver.

Glass in bathroom outdoor wall is falling apart, letting cold air and street noise in. Had to keep the bathroom door shut while sleeping so the bed area would stay warm. Obvious issue. Fix it!!!

Rooms are directly off the outside hallway so it was quite noisy. It felt like the door offered no sound proofing at all from the outside.

Very clean rooms, comfortable bed. Great location.

Other tenants were loud into the night. People working on their cars seemed odd.

(No Breakfast...no big deal.) We liked that it was away from the highway and on the southern end of Denver. The room was newly remodeled No smoke smell. Actual Cable TV, versus just local stations or ROKU junk.

Wring size sheets and noisy person above us.

WE have stayed here before and were comfortable so we stayed again. Love the owners and the size of the room. This year the bed did not have the right size sheets or blanket so that was interesting. We have a noisy person above us and when we told the owner, he took care of the situation immediately which we really appreciated. We plan on staying again next year if the rates are reasonable.

No coffee maker in room. Not very friendly when checking in. Stayed for 3- nights, never asked if we needed clean towels. Or if we needed our trash picked up.

Dark and a bit warn off room. The check in took very long and communication was not very welcoming.

Our toilet was very wobbly, shower head was broken so sprayed, and the room smelt musty when we walked in before we got the AC on

The location is absolutely perfect! Crave across the street was great, yummy breakfast right next door , and a Walgreens right down the road. Everything within a short walking distance.

the bathroom had stains and the window was broken so when people smoked it smelt very bad in our bathroom driveway is a little rough on cars but its nice for the price.

staff was understanding. when i booked it didnt say you had to be 21 and they let us stay anyways because it was so booked for taylor swift. i loved how comfy the beds were.

It's a decent place. The room was clean and bathroom stocked with toiletries. My friends hated the beds but I was fine with a little extra cushion from the pillows. Reasonable price. Overall a good place if you're looking for middle-of-the-ground short term accomodations.

The bathroom is tiny, and the toilet is in between 2 walls. My husband is 6'4" and 330 lbs. He had a tight squeeze to be able to sit on the toilet.

Though it's an older motel, it's been updated and was clean and comfortable.

Room smelled a little like pee in the morning

The gentleman at the front desk was kind and check in was easy. The room was as expected for a low budget motel. It was clean enough and we slept well. Location was super convenient and easy to find. It was surprisingly quiet for being on a busy road. The lights in the bathroom flickered as though the room were haunted but it made us laugh and we joked about ghosts. I enjoyed my stay here.

Overhead guests who made a point of staying up all night and making as much noise as they possibly could. I managed to sleep through some of it, but not so my wife We probably should have contacted management, although they don't answer the phone after 10pm. Whether mgmt. was actually on site, I don't know. I didn't go out in the snow at 2am, looking for a door to knock on.

Good sound attenuation from busy Colorado Avenue. Also, staff checked on my disabled wife at my request when she didn't answer the phone, twice, to make sure she hadn't fallen, and kept me on the call while the did so. Well done, Belcaro staff!
