The condo is an older building and unfortunately they were repainting the outside while we were there. Another condo nearby was remodeling and cutting tiles, etc. a couple of days they were power washing the pool and maintenance was doing who knows what with loud leaf blowers, etc. There were a couple of days that between the gas fumes from the painter’s generator and the noise, we had to take some of the day trips we’d planned just to get out of there!

Location, location, location! Sitting out in the back and watching the dolphins and manatees swim by was amazing! In the early morning or evening when it was quiet, you could hear the dolphins blow before you could see them! Magical! The pool was absolutely amazing and is a HUGE Olympic size! It’s not heated, but it was a wonderful temperature when we were there in early May….as warm as our pool in Maine gets in the summer. There were plenty of chairs and tables and we spent many happy hours in it and around it. The beach is a short walk across the street and we enjoyed taking a couple of miles walk on it every morning and again in the evening to watch the incredible sunsets. The condo had beach chairs, an umbrella and a small cooler had we wanted to spend the day at the beach. Indian Shores and Reddington beaches are gorgeous and not as crowded as St Pete beaches. The bed was comfortable and the A/C and fan kept the condo very comfortable. It’s tiny, but we had all the amenities we needed and to people can stay comfortably. We had a Kuerig coffeemaker, small stove with oven, refrigerator and microwave and plenty of cookware and dishes for our needs. We chose to cook most of our meals there and be able to stay longer, but there are some excellent restaurants in the area and a couple that are walking distance. There are a couple of grocery stores that were easy to find, Publix had some great prepared meal options. The owner had thoughtfully provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash and an assortment of lotions and sunscreens.

Great water pressure and hot water. Bed was comfortable. Liked having door code so didn’t have to worry about keys. Very clean. Appreciated the extra essential items that were provided like beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, etc.

If I had been travelling for business, my room might have been an issue because no place to hang clothes. I didn't take any hanger needed clothing because went to relax,. I'm just pointing this out for those who might be in the area on business to consider or ask about.

This is an older building, but it was clean and so very peaceful, which is what I went for. Beautiful view of lagoon. Nice, large pool, and beach just a short walk away. Room was well stocked with dishes, beach supplies, and other amenities.

It's not even a minute walk to the beach. You can literally fish out back. The views are amazing. The room was clean and well equipped. There's a laundromat that takes card. There's a huge pool. I can walk out of my room and my car is right there. The kitchen area is a huge plus too. You just can't beat this price and location. I've stayed here twice and i'll continue to be back!

The condo was great just a little dated. It was clean, the location on the bay was awesome with all of the wildlife. Walking to the beach within walking distance is a plus for sure. The parking is a little tight.

The location was Wonderful! It was far enough away to where it wasn't over crowded, yet close enough to get to anywhere in a matter of minutes. We will come back and we will stay here again. Nothing fancy, just comfortable and relaxing.

My wife and I had a great 4 night stay in this condo just 40yds from the beach. We walked along the beach every night watching glorious sunsets as they fell into the sea, In the morning and the evening we sat outside at the rear of the property together with other guests watching boats pass along the waterway. Lots of bird life with herons, egrets and other birds plus manatees swimming up to the road bridge. The owners provided everything needed and I wish we could return.

It's so convenient for the guests because you right in the middle of everything. Just a short 5 minute drive away from almost everything yo do around this part of Florida! I didn’t find anything not to like about this property, the condo, or the owner.

First of all the owner thought of every need a person could have while staying here right down to sunscreen and body lotion and the room was so adorable and clean. I really loved the back door opening up to the canal which became my favorite place to be! I do have to mention they have the biggest and cleanest swimming pool we have ever seen.
