We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

GermanyAfter checking in, staff ask for security without a receipt and promise to pay it back. There was no kettle in the room, but there were tea bags. The hotel seems a bit overpriced to me.
The hotel is centrally located. Bars, restaurants, shops and the Mississippi are within easy walking distance. The room was spacious and clean. The employees were helpful and friendly. The food and prices in the restaurant are reasonable. The air conditioning is efficient and quiet, as is the refrigerator. I like the post-industrial design of the hotel.

Location was perfect. We actually used the Holiday Inn valet parking. It was $5.00 cheaper and next door.

snow storm when we were in Memphis but the hotel were keen to ensure we knew the situation and gave us flyers for delivery service etc. They had their team stay overnight to ensure there were staff the following morning. Slow service but that was to be expected and they delt with the situation well. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Gym was a good size for a hotel and the breakfast was good. Room was okay size but clean and had everything needed. Location good and everything was walkable, even with the snowy weather.

United KingdomShower tray was dirty. Got to say the rest of the room was spotlessly clean. What I really really had a problem with is the prices at the bar and being told we had to pay an18% tip for bar service!! I have no problem paying that for table service, but not bar service. All she did was pour a glass of wine and take the tops off three bottles! The drinks were $43 plus $7.75 tip. When we challenged it, she told us it was the Hilton policy and we had no choice but to pay it!! We have had this argument in The Hilton in London, who rectified it after we complained at the time. But sorry Hilton we have been using you for over 35 years and if these are your policies we will not be using you again!! Basically your bar tenders are on $7.75 per minute, which equates to $465 per hour, nice work if you can get it!! I always understood that service charge is optional and it was illegal to demand it! We foolishly did not notice on the first drinks, so also left an additional $3 on the bar. It was on our return to the bar later that evening that we noticed and challenged it. We don't mind paying gratuity but this left us feeling very bitter.
The check in was amazing. Daisy on the front desk was one of the most welcoming, helpful and friendly people you could wish to meet. She is a big asset to Hilton. Again the gentleman on evening reception was amazing. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast staff were absolutely fantastic.

United States of AmericaWe had just come off a boat after seven days, it was 9am and they couldn’t check us in for six hours. Our shipmates booked into the Hilton garden inn and they were checked in immediately. The canopy was not accommodating at all. It pretty much ruined our extra day in Memphis. We had some pasta in the restaurant, it was very spicy and had no bread or anything else on the plate. Plus they gave us someone else’s bill.
