Bit of a walk to restaurants on river trail, but gorgeous and we didn’t have to drive!

I'm so sorry to complain but I will add a suggestion as well 👍 Opening the door to the room... The first smell is not that great. The air freshener used in the room I stayed in smelt of a 1980s smell. I got used to it but I had to acclimate to the smell everytime I entered my room.

I absolutely love the view and the sound of the rushing water!!! and the fireplace 👍 The room is crazy spacious. 2 bathrooms!?! I felt like I was in an apartment. Very cozy!

The beds could be updated and both times I have visited, the spa has been broken the entire time which makes me think it is just plain broken.

I like the location and value of this property, it is right by a nice sized park (Pioneer Park) and there are well developed walking paths along the Deschutes River. Overall the units are comfortable with great views from the balcony.

Upstairs guest walked too heavy at all hours of the night. I added a night to our stay and was locked out on last day due to key code expiring. Called the office and they had me in within about 10 minutes.

The view was fantastic. I enjoyed having the covered parking as well. Room was clean and comfortable. We will stay here again next time we visit Bend.

The condo was very large, we had a separate bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The place heated right up. It was very close to downtown. It was right on the river, and a lovely path.

The hot tub was out of service when we were there. The bed was too soft for people who prefer firm mattresses. The wifi signal in our unit was weak, which made the Smart TV painful to operate.

Cute unit, met our needs perfectly. Loved the location right on the river and close to downtown Bend!

Slight odor of tobacco smoke. Very bureaucratic process to confirm booking involving signing documents, lengthy emails with lots of rules. More of an annoyance than a real problem, but never before encountered.

Fantastic location to walk into downtown Bend along the river trail. Comfortable space, good parking, easy check-in/check-out. The view of the river is beautiful, just need to be comfortable with people walking by along the trail. We enjoyed the people-watching and just closed the curtains when we wanted privacy.

The bed was horribly uncomfortable and the parking spaces out front are terrible. Too small I can’t open my door and get out or get things out of the back seat without hitting the car next to me. And I never saw or talked to any staff. I don’t think the pool or spa was even open which was a big disappointment

No patio on this one. I thought they all had patios. The pic included showed a patio. I’d stayed in other units for many years and did not know there were 1st flor units on the path with no patio.

Keypad didn’t work upon arrival, office personnel not always available, hot water wasn’t working in shower. That was fixed during our stay, but really should’ve been checked before.

People were smoking on their balconies even though it’s a smoke free property, and when that was happening we could not sit outside.

Clean, spacious condo, good view to the river, strong AC, fully stacked kitchen, nice swimming pool.
