I thing I didn’t care for was that the comforter on one of the beds could needed to be cleaned. The nightstand between the beds usb ports don’t work.

The location was close to store’s and for places to get food from. Plus it was quite not a lot of noise

Our door couldn't lock, to our room. The bed sheets weren't cleaned. Looks the housekeeper just made the bed up without changing the sheets. But over all nice place where everything is it shopping area restaurants .

We had our reservation for quite a while through booking.com but when we got there they did not have a room for us. After consultation with staff they managed to find us a room with just one bed. We took it because there was nothing else we could do. The place was loud and people were setting off fireworks in the parking lot. Other Issues: 1.Two dead bugs in my bed under the pillow. 2.We could not turn on the shower although a nice staff member shower us how we could turn on if we pulled with all our might. I never managed to have enough strength to turn the shower on.’ 3. Floor was sticky 4. Carpet was filled with sand and bathroom floor was dirty. 5. Since a shower or bath was impossible, on the first day. We bathed using the ice bucket and a washcloth We left it on the floor for them to replace. They did not. 6. There was no hair dryer . We complained and on day 2 we had one.

No air started out stuffy! Well because we had no air when the temps dropped we had no heat

There was a dirty washcloth left behind. Nasty puke looking stuff left in the floor. Which is wood should be easy to clean.

My key didn't work at first. This is the type of hotel that has room doors opening into the outside, so I was outside trying the key over and over at 11:30 pm on a cold winter night. There was a guy in the parking lot in his truck (I don't know if he was a guest or not), who called to me twice and made me feel very uncomfortable, as a woman by myself. It was really bad timing when my key didn't work and I had to walk a significant distance back to the main office, when all I wanted was to get into my room and feel safe. Also, the person working at the main office the night I checked in, never told me that I could receive a complimentary bottle of water. I only found out the next morning, but I was really thirsty the night I checked in, and I would have liked to get the water that night. Also, the room wasn't extremely clean looking. At the very least, it looked like it needed to be dusted. There were weird dust-looking lint pieces all over one of the beds. And I'm not sure the floor was very clean.

The bed I had was comfortable enough. The heating worked really well, which is important during cold winter weather.

I stayed there for a long period of time and the house keeper's didn't clean the rooms good also had so many problems with the ready rewards it was ridiculous

Outside facilities were deteriorating with crumbling concrete and wobbly railings. Front office staff: one was sleeping at computer, second seemed put-out that we showed up (with a reservation) - not friendly at all. Though the beds seemed perfectly clean, the carpet and dresser were dirty. There was a used towel on the back of the bathroom door and a can of pop on floor under the edge of the bed.

The entire location was extremely well lit, which was comforting to three women traveling alone. The bed was crisp, clean and comfortable with a firm mattress.

No hair dryer No coffee machine Someone Overdosed on drugs and the dead body was removed in the morning by the police. Seems like the hotel is used for long term rentals.

The manager went out of her way to find a hair dryer for me.

I came a busy weekend, staff seemed overworked and overwhelmed. We got 2 rooms and they were both dirty, one still had things in the refrigerator, one room didn’t have the bathroom light work, and both didn’t have the TV working. Thankfully it was just one night stay!

there was a cigarette burn on the toilet seat. I clogged the toilet and there was no plunger in the room so I had to go ask the front desk for one and he gave me the cheapest, oldest plunger I've ever used. It didn't cover the hole at the bottom of the toilet, and then just bent and stayed bent so it didn't "plunge" so unclogging the toilet was no easy task. I pulled a towel off the towel rack and the whole towel rack just fell off the wall.

My bed was close to the ac.
