Be woken up at 5:15 am due to a fire alarm going off and there was no fire. They seem to think that it was something related to in the attic. Still did not know when we checked out. We all had to leave our rooms. Not good when you want to sleep in.

AC seemed weak, and we couldn't open the windows fully. The property provided a fan upon request, which was helpful.

Fire alarm that woke up all of the hotel multiple times in early hours of the morning when there was no real fire and no explanation was given by the hotel management afterwards.

The location of the hotel and the size of the room. The kitchen and amenities in the room were also in good condition and useful.

The room was basically a very pretty timeshare unit with full kitchen and of note, a large, fully-accessible bathroom. The lobby is cozy and inviting. I enjoyed my coffee there each morning and could not have been happier.

There were some picnic tables in back of the building but it would have been nice to have more outdoor space for groups to gather. Maybe a fire pit etc.

It was very handy to have a full kitchen and large living room. Everything was clean, bed was comfortable. Staff were all polite and accommodating. Location was key - near many Berkshire attractions.

Cannot say I didn't like anything.

The staff were very responsive to any questions or even suggestions for places to eat or visit. I did not have any issues of any type during my stay. As it was impossible to "see" or experience everything the area has to offer I will be going back, likely this fall and will stay at Berkshire Mountain Lodge. Thank You!

The only issue we had was the elevator on our side of the building was down, we were on the 5th floor, I'm pregnant with two toddlers and the elevator was down for about a week.

Only thing is room 227 by the elevator you can hear all the water and flushing behind the walls which woke me up everytime someone flushed e toilet because you can really hear the water coming down like a waterfalls

Having the heating system only in the living room-- it made noise every time it came on again (woke me up). I would have just turned it down, but it had to heat the bedroom, too.

It would be nice to have a little cafeteria in the lobby, offering a little fruit and breads, coffee and chocolate. We were unlucky with the coffee machine that was not working well, and the hot chocolate one not working at all.

Noisy! I’ve honestly never stayed in accommodation with such poor noise insulation. We were on the ground floor and had someone staying above us - sounded like a tribe of elephants with more than just footsteps! Could also hear the plumbing (yes, showers and toilets) from other rooms too.

Comfortable stay and well equipped, particularly the kitchen. Very easy to cook a decent meal!
