The Dresser had a funny smell when open Drawers. maybe musty smell. Just used closet. Pool gate had lock code, so wasted a little time to get to unit thru Fence, before I realized could turn handle from inside gate. I tried door code on fence, but did not work.

Location is great. Walk to Sailfish marina shuttle to Peanut Island k to Phil Foster park for snorkling trail, and easy walk to Ocean Drive for restaurants. Publix is just across Bridge - 5 minute drive. Great having kitchen, fridge, and pool

Pool was advertised as heated. It was not. But the hot tub was fantastic.

We enjoyed the location., walk to the beach, restaurants. 10 min Uber ride from PBI and the Square. We had an issue with the shower and it was resolved fast, great service and communication.

We loved the area, and how close we were to restaurants, bars, beaches etc. The unit was kept clean and the beds were really comfortable in both rooms. The owners of this unit were friendly, and they answered my questions fast. My family and I really enjoyed our time there. P.s the outside part were the pool is at is super cute and chic. I highly recommend staying in this bungalow when visiting Riviera beach or Singer Island.

I know it’s trivial and the only thing I can say I didn’t like was, there was only 1 parasol and there was a rip in the material of the sun lounger….But this doesn’t detract from the fact we will fly over 6500 miles to come back !!

Fruit flies Unfortunately there was a large family party of at least 15 people (3 of the 6 rooms according to owner). The family monopolized the lovely pool area for the entirety of their stay...all chairs and surfaces. It made it impossible for my husband and I to use the pool which gave us NO outdoor space at all. Owner was informed and asked me if we wanted them to say something. They should have addressed without involving us. Very uncomfortable situation. They asked for a $500 hold on our credit card which wasn't released until almost a week after we checked out. Claimed it was their credit card company.

I do not recommend this establishment. We had difficulty getting into the apartment as we had not received the door code. We also helped a German family who was in the same situation. The beds are not comfortable and there is a humidity smell. Also, the kitchen is not well equipped. We learned that the spa was broken when we wrote to the owner to ask for an explanation since the water was cold. He didn't notify us. This is not good value for money.

shower head wasn’t working properly and the entire bathroom was getting soaked. We were only there for 2 days so wasn’t going to say anything till we left because we did not want to waste time waiting for someone to come and repair it. However the next morning we received a text that they were coming to fix it and were aware when they rented it to us. We waited 2 hours had to pay a 50 dollar charge on a missed reservation and they did not credit us anything for the inconvenience. The maintenance man was exceptionally nice. However, they should of warned us about the shower head ahead of time as they knew it was broken. Otherwise the place was nice.

The hot tub only worked 2/7 days of our stay. I chose this place because it had a hot tub. It was a large disappointment to all of us that this didn’t work. The pool is not heated, and therefore not warm enough for use in December. I feel like I paid more to get something that I didn’t end up getting. The pool/hot tub are only serviced 2x/week – other places I’ve stayed have daily service of these. The result is a growing collection of sand/leaves/debris in them between servicing. This would have bothered me more if either of them were usable during our stay. The fire alarm goes off if you cook anything at all, even toast. Its a major nuisance/distraction and affected our stay. There were only two bath towels in our unit (for three people). I was able to secure some more after calling the property management company. The bath towels were also very cheap “Amazon Basics”, which detracted from the otherwise relatively upscale finishings and furnishings of the place. The coffee maker is tiny and took nearly 30 minutes to make the (very small) pot of coffee every morning. I suggest providing a larger drip coffee maker. These aren’t expensive. We stayed for a week and felt strapped for supplies – dish soap, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, paper towels. A modest increase in the provided supplies will go a long way here. The TVs have Roku – but each one seemed to be logged-in with random accounts of various previous visitors. This raises privacy concerns. The dishwasher in the unit does not dry the dishes – at all. And it is prohibitively loud – you don’t want to be in the unit when it is running. And since there are no kitchen towels provided we had to use bath towels to dry dishes. The dresser in the main bedroom smelled very strongly of mildew/mold each time you opened a drawer. So much so that I didn’t want to put my clothes in there.

The property is in a great spot - just a few minutes walk to lots of shops, restaurants, and the beach! It is really easy to get to, and there is plenty of parking. The interior of the property is gated with an access code, making you feel safe and secure. Each unit is keycode access – which is really nice. No worrying about who has the key or locking yourself out. The exterior features are really nice – mature plants and trees provide privacy and shade. The pool/hot tub area is nicely furnished with outdoor chairs, sofas, and lounge beds. The seats were very comfortable. Our unit was two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds - which was perfect for myself and my two teens. The beds were comfortable and the linens were soft. The living space has a nice comfy sectional sofa that fit all of us. There is a dining table that easily sits 4, and has leaves that can be retracted if you have less people and want to make the table smaller. Each bedroom has a nice closet and dresser where you can fully unpack for your stay. A small broom and dustpan is provided to help you clean up the inevitable sand that gets into the unit from your trips to the beach. The bathroom included twin sinks and a bath/shower combo. All the finishes throughout the unit were nice – not great, but not shabby either. The HVAC settings were perfect – I never had to touch them the entire trip. A small washer/dryer combo is in the unit, which is great if you need to do a quick load of laundry during your stay.
