The room was really outdated. Young people screaming all hours of night. Carpet in rooms where pets have been. Smelled like weed and cigarettes.

The beds were uncomfortable, Very hard. The inside pool wasn’t appealing at all. Needs more cleaning.

Cleaner than I expected from reviews. Wasn’t there to live, just more so rest our head. Definitely love that the beach was literally out our back patio door, so we didn’t have long to walk.

Trash everywhere. No coffee maker like was said to be included. When called for maintenance after 12 hrs had to go to front desk.

Parking was horrible!!! Room #1- First floor. The bathroom door looked like gremlins chewed through it. The bathroom door did not close or lock either. The curtins did not cover the window. You can hear everything going on outside. Fridge was beat up and dented, did not stay real cold. Room #2- Quiet compared to room 1, you could still hear noises! Not the most updated place. Needs works!

Parking was horrible!!! Water area faces the road and not locked up, public can easily walk in.

The room on the top floor was huge. Empty space, definitely fit air mattress!!

I assumed the indoor pool was heated, it was not the jacuzzi was nasty looking and two jets worked , but the water in both was just nasty looking. The top of everything in the room like the fridge and stuff was not clean. The beds were not good. Again the view was the only nice thing. Everything is very outdated

1st floor Oceanfront was not really oceanfront view except you could see palm trees and sand dunes, people walking their dogs and watching dogs take a poop. Neighbors were playing loud music, you could hear wind blowing through the doors like a haunting sound. Not really good cable channels, you couldn’t access some of the channels that the guide on tv suggested. The indoor pool and jacuzzi was always packed and looked unclean.

We were booked to stay in room 236, we checked in and when we got to the room it was dirty. Food on the walls, pillow cases were never changed one of the beds still hadn't been made floors were not swept or mopped. Hair everywhere. We called the front desk and spoke to the manager who moved us to 238 and we walked in and it smelled like wet dog, hair everywhere, hair balls were all over the floor between beds. Definitely not vacuumed at all. The bathroom had hairs all over, plastic cups in the bathtub. Feces on the edge of the toilet. Absolutely disgusting. With covid and lord only knows what else going around at the time I feel as if the housekeeping staff could use some lessons as to how to clean properly and efficiently. It's not even a you checked in early thing. It was a let me throw this together and not care thing. The facility had trash laying all around the grounds so I know it wasn't because we "rushed into checking in" we never even went to the hotel pools because there was so much trash and filth around we didn't know if they were being taken care of properly. For $125 a night I would've expected a little more care in it all. Thankfully my wife and I both have housekeeping backgrounds and always come prepared it took us a little over an hour to clean the room and sanitize it to feel anywhere near comfortable to be able to relax for the one day we were going to be there. It was supposed to be a small mini family vacation time to relax and not have to worry but the entire time we had to keep on our child to keep their shoes on while walking anywhere in the room because lord only knows what was on the floors.
