Every time i stay here they say my $5 key fee will be credited to my card has NOT happen on last two times i stayed here.

I ask for a room I can get to cause. I had a knee operation back in March a new replacement and ask for a pool side room. I got a parking lot instead.

It was right there on the beach. I had a pooll outside and a lazy river thick to call it and a indoor pool. Just ke case it rained my granddaughter could still go to the pool.

RESORT FEE,NOT A RESORT,NO toilet paper,Trash around bed,bathroom dirty,sheets dirty,Some Wood was left in room on floor in front of counter as you walk in room. STAFF VERY RUDE,NOT HELPFUL AT ALL, NOT PROFESSIONAL, VERY UNFRIENDLY, DISRESPECTFUL TO SAY THE LEAST.

That the bed sheets was dirty and stained had to pull covers down and whip the dirt off the sheets and dog hair off the bed used my pillows , didn't sleep well because of it, needs snack vending machines, and the outside halls stairs and walk ways and pool area needs a real good cleaning up

The beach was pretty, not alot of noise and the room was clean ,the guy at the front desk was very nice and friendly , setting outside the room was ok just needs a little bit of cleaning but ok that's that

I didn't like the room it wasn't what I expected. The parking sucked and the staff wasn't friendly at check in or out

Management and Maintenance You don't try and save money by shorting on at least a carpenter and Maintenance. Plus being rude on a regular basis seems to be a daytime hobby there. If y'all kept things up better you wouldn't have to deal with irate customers and vice versa

Room was small. The door didn’t shut all the way so the breeze came through all night. The way the curtain was positioned anyone outside could look into the bathroom.

it was not clean, it was outdated, there were people smoking weed in their rooms and I could smell it well all the way into my room. the inside pool area was dirty and you can tel had not been propped taken care of in awhile.

Mold in ac/heater unit as well found a mold chip inside it, Fridge smelled like rotten milk in new room, they faucet handles were backwards causing burning myself with hot water, lots of smoking in hallways and doorways for a nonsmoker or someone who has asthma, there was roaches dead in first room as well as fake nail of someone, the elevators felt like there were going to break, door on both rooms we tried were messed up (1st room didn't shut at all for most part and 2nd room there was not a safety lock), the 2nd room we had looked like was under construction and wasnt cleaned, the first room was semi clean but look like bedding was not new, we had 4 of us in the room and only had 2 towels and not enough soap let alone washcloths, the 2nd room half wall sockets didnt work and only half of one of the 2 lamps worked, looked like was a fire on some the sockets, tv was not fully functional and had the wire that connected to the back of the tv taped back together with electrical tape, the lights flickered and when worked were very bright, fiinally, the carpet throughout the hotel was old.

Pool was cleaned daily, front desk was willing to help, did allow us change rooms due to other room having a broken fridge

previous tenant left something in our room and staff called to inform us and asked if they could enter our room while we were out for a few hours and we politely declined bc my purse, our valuables, intimates etc were currently in there so we asked for them to wait until we returned and we would check the room and return the item to the front desk. when we returned the item though staff was very rude accusing us of trying to steal it. very unprofessional.
