The staff were rude, and there was trashThe staff were rude, there was trash everywhere, and the beds were lumpy and kept causing my hip to lock up. The toilets are so short it feels like you are falling when you ait down. There were roaches and mold around the tub. Also, the tub barely worked—none of the basic room amenities but toilet paper and clean towels.

The location and the drink machine were only a dollar, even though the drinks ran out and weren't replaced. They accepted pets.

Paid for an ocean view but was put on the first floor which has no view, no patio chairs on our balcony, kitchenette has a sink, tiny fridge slid into oversized spot, and the “backsplash” was held in place with drywall screws. The bath was equally horrible. The toilet was crooked, the vanity had cigarette burn marks across the top of it and was held together with drywall screws. It also felt like you were going to fall through the tub while showering. And if all that weren’t enough we had to park across the street and behind another building because there isn’t enough parking. Good luck to you if you choose this dump.

no elevator, exposed wires in the room, soap bar was very rough on skin, tv kept going out of cable. there was dog poop on the staircase, staff was unfriendly.

room was clean enough, side view was able to see the beach and our car, clean pool area, wasnt too crowded got us checked in and out quickly and got wash clothes and towels as much as we asked for

the parking was horrible. had to use another motel's parking lot the two nights that I stayed there was never no room the door on my room you had to slam it shut and turn the knob continuously for it to lock the grounds was not well kept the front staff was more concerned about the friends that she knew with her dog then she was with helping me I showed up at 9:00 at night and was tired wanted to get in my room and I had to wait for her because she was so slow talking to her friends that had a dog this trip was a spur of the moment to go fishing I had a great time fishing on the pier at Apache I was very glad to get a room that quick but the room was very unacceptable and needs a lot of upgrades big cockroaches in the room hopefully it can get better

like that I went online and will spur of the moment to book a room in the book didn't know this room was fast and easy online

Parking sucked and I paid a lot of money to stay in a room that was the size of sardine can. The staff acted like I asked for one of their kidneys when I asked them if someone could take a look at the air conditioner. It sounded like a train was running thru my room and it wasn't blowing very cool air.

Room was mediocre very outdated but fairly clean. Beds very very uncomfortable and overall decor outdated. No hair dryer provided.no coffee provided despite a coffee pot in the room. Hallways, elevator and common areas not very key up and clean. People leave trash everywhere including pool area. Front desk staff not very friendly. Check in and check out process is painfully and unnecessarily long. Staff does not provide basic useful information at checkin including parking locations as it is a zoo.

Location was great. Right by the boardwalk and beach. Beach was beautiful and easily accessible from the property. The pool was ok and entertaining for younger kids.

Parking was terrible, you had worry about getting a ticket for parking crazy, because there was no where to park. The staff were RUDE, terrible customer service. That is the main reason we won't be staying there again. The pool was dirty and over crowded.

The location was great for the fireworks, perfect view. I liked the private balcony. The shower pressure was good, the beds slept good too.

The room (222) was laughably small. The shower had issues (with a seal I think). The door would sometimes not lock when I closed it, so I had to close it more than once to make sure. I found black curly hairs in my towels. I had someone pound on my door and run away. There was no hair dryer in the room. The view was a parking lot. There were 3 designated parking areas (all were full - cars parked in the grass and on top of each other), I finally discovered a secret 4th parking lot about 2 or 3 blocks away (it was completely empty). Cigarette burns on the blanket.

The location of the hotel was good... close to everything. Refrigerator and Microwave.

It is out dated and over priced. The rooms are nasty, mattresses feel like the are 20 years old. The smell of weed was very prominent it the room, the sinks were disgusting and the toilet back wasn’t even the right size. The outlet didn’t work and the one in the bathroom outlet sparked and was very hot, not safe at all.

I ask for a room I can get to cause. I had a knee operation back in March a new replacement and ask for a pool side room. I got a parking lot instead.

It was right there on the beach. I had a pooll outside and a lazy river thick to call it and a indoor pool. Just ke case it rained my granddaughter could still go to the pool.

The attitude of the staff, the cleanliness was horrid there was hair on the ceiling, the shower was dirty & had a used wash cloth. The toilet was dirty as well something floating in the water of the bowl. The beds were very uncomfortable..
