Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel was clean, affordable and easy to access. The manager was kind and prompt. There was damage in the bathroom and they offered to swap rooms for me. They called me while I was out to offer me another room. I declined as it wasn't bothersome and I had all of my stuff already unpacked.

The breakfast was extremely minimal. Had To hit Starbucks for breakfast. .
Room was as stayed, clean and comfortable. Easy to check in and nice front person.

Breakfast included lots of coffee, English muffin, toast, egg sandwich, yogurt, hard boiled eggs and one morning there were bananas. The room included a good sized reliable mini fridge and freezer and a microwave.

Very easy to find. Nice, small, well kept place. My room was in the back so no road noise. Very friendly staff, clean room & reasonably priced. Breakfast was very nice (your basic continental breakfast fare). I will stay here again.

Easy location to find, enter, and leave with many restaurants and shops nearby. Excellent staff, friendly and attentive. Facilities were surprisingly updated and clean.

Some repairs to a damaged tub seemed to be in mid progress, but nothing that greatly detracted from our stay.
Clean and comfortable room. Located a short drive from shopping and an assortment of nearby restaurants (Loved Sparta’s Pizza, just up the road). Wonderful friendly staff.

Plastic cutlery at breakfast. Cereal spoons particularly were too small.
Suited us very well. Basic, clean, frequent servicing of room. Coffee and hot water on demand in the reception area. Room heating was good and was operated by the room occupants. There were a microwave and fridge in the room. Microwavable muffins with bacon and cheese were available at breakfast,

The shower valve was old and very hard to get the temperature adjusted just right. I did eventually get it set correctly.
The room was in very nice condition and many of the fixtures were new. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable and our room was in a quiet location.

Breakfast was fine and does the job. Normally it would be nice to have something besides the frozen Jimmy Dean Breakfast sandwiches as they are high in sodium and preservatives. There was a maid that walked in immediately after knocking and I was not prepared to even answer the door. I forgot to turn the lock and also I didn't have a do not disturb sign for my room. The walls are a bit thin and just someone watching TV can be easily heard. Getting a 2nd floor corner room is the best option.
The location is in a good central location for my needs. It can be a bit difficult to get in and out of the lot onto the highway of course. Everything runs smoothly there.

This was a great option for us to spend 1 night in Lynnwood, enroute to E Washington. I asked for a quiet, upstairs room and was given just that! We were in the back, facing away from the main road. Room was super clean, quiet and just what we needed for a quick night's rest. Plus it was the best deal going for the area!!!! Ask for a quiet room, in the back, and you won't be sorry! Lovely 1 night stay! Breakfast was more than expected as well.
