We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe room/bathroom appears that it’s still under renovation. Our initial room on the ground floor had bad shower we also had a noisy neighbor at the top floor. The guest amenities are absolute zero.
Price, location and helpful staff was able to change the room.

The property is easy access from major freeways, parking is abundant, there's a nice pool, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room had a mini-fridge and microwave. Staff was exceptionally attentive and kind.

United States of AmericaThe wifi was pretty bad BUT the hotel clerk moved me to a different room. I can’t say it was the hotel’s fault as I have been to other motels and the fault is sometimes with the cable company. I have that problem even at home. The staff responded well. After moving rooms, the Wi-Fi worked well.
Decent, for me, is a clean room, a comfortable bed, a working TV, a bathroom that has hot water, and no toilet issues. However, I only stayed 1 night. The pool had no water, so I would call first, if that is important. It is an old place and I’m pretty sure they could use some more guests. The plus side is the rooms have refrigerators and microwaves, which is usually extra. The staff tries very hard to be accommodating and that counts a lot for me as well.
