Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThere were plenty of empty rooms, yet we were given a room right next to an occupied room. The walls were paper thin, and sound traveled easily. Fortunately our neighbors went to sleep at a decent hour.
Location was perfect for our needs.

United States of AmericaThe price was absurd for this place. The first room we were given was a complete dive. Patches all over the walls, missing handles on the bureau, holes in the blankets and the screen was all torn. I immediately went to the office to ask if they all looked like this for 300$, or if I had to take that change the amount charged. The man asked me to show him the room, lol. Then tells me they raised the rate from 100$ to 310$ because of concerts going on!! I said that's ridiculous. He gave us another room, and wouldn't change the price. Second room still has holes in the blanket, smelled a little moldy and the air conditioner worked but the button was broke. So it only worked on what it was stuck on. If the price was 80$ a night I'd get it and say whatever, but for 310$ it was a rip off. Also took a shower in the morning and the steam set the fire alarms off for the entire place. So we checked out and will chalk it up as a never again. It is what it is.
Free Parking, easily booked online.

United States of AmericaWhen I say no-frills, I mean no-frills! No breakfast, no coffeemaker, no ice or vending machines, and no microwave. It's literally a place to sleep and shower! I don't care about motel or hotel breakfast anyway, so that doesn't bother me. I don't drink coffee, so I couldn't care less about not having a coffeemaker in the room. Not having an ice machine was a bit of a downer. I was hoping to keep my beers and sodas chilled while in and out of the room, without having to load up and unload the fridge. But, there were gas stations and convenience stores close by to buy bags of ice. I had some leftovers I was hoping to heat up, but - no such luck here :-( So, I know these are things that matter to some folks, so, keep that in mind if you are considering a stay here. The pillows weren't very comfortable at all. There was one tiny trash can, which quickly filled up and spilled into the floor. And I didn't see a single trash can outside or on the property. Maybe there was a communal trash can or dumpster somewhere, but I didn't see it. For those who are a little more demanding, you may want to consider bringing your own pillows, a trash bag, picking up ice on your way, and not bringing any food items you'd like to heat up! Again, all in all, a clean, comfortable sleep, a nice shower, a great location, and an easy in/out on the main road.
This is a no-frills, roadside motel, so don't expect the Ritz! It was cute, clean, and affordable. Friend and I went up to Boston and Springfield for the weekend, and to see the Patriots on Sunday November 20! This was a great spot in between the 2, and an easy drive to Gillette Stadium. - The manager on-duty at check-in was super friendly, and had some suggestions for food and things to check out. - Bed was comfy overall, the room was clean, and parking was plentiful. - Great shower/water pressure, nice mini fridge/freezer, and good-sized TV. - Decent shopping and attractions nearby, a few local hidden gems - Best Pizza, The Chieftain, The Thirsty Beaver, to name a few. - And easy access to 95 and 495. For the price, the comfort, cleanliness, and proximity to Boston, you can't beat this value! Especially if you're not going to spend a great deal of time in the room anyway!

United States of AmericaThis is a small old style motel that has been well renovated and offers a very pleasant environment. The furnishings are adequate and there is a refrigerator in each room. We could park at our doorstep and felt very save and comfortable here. The community is very nice and there are a number of places to eat and drink. We will stay here again if we visit the Boston area anytime in the future.
