The beds were too firm. I wanted a soda from the vending machines but none were operating.

The way the shower was made with a glass wall blocking half the shower and the shower head coming down from the ceiling. Some people do not wish to get their hair wet and do not travel with shower caps because usually showers are at a normal angle and level. I am tall but my partner is short I was able to angle the water so she could use it without wetting her hair. However because the shower had half glass water was all over the floor every time the shower was used. I remedied by putting several towels on the floor but it is a definite slipping hazard. You might reconsider that particular type of shower arrangement.

Second times using this best western and it is the only place I look to book when I come to the Los Angeles area.

How each floor is secure if you don't have a keycard for the floor of your room you don't have access that's a big plus for me...

They were encountering issues with people smoking in the room..It is California, and LA, but they had a strict no smoking policy and were trying to fight it but people kept smoking weed in the rooms and it would smell into the hallways. Honestly not too big of an issue tho and they are definitely working hard to correct it. Didn't really bother us that much at all

Great hotel that was huge inside with comfy beds and a very nice room. We stayed here going to Disney and then exploring the city and it definitely worked great for both, while not in the best part of town parking was easy and I would definitely stay again.

The location as there wasn't much around. The price was a bit on the high end.

Breakfast was provided and there was a variety of selection. Enjoyed that very much. Room was big enough for a Family of 5. It was easy to get an upgrade.

The room was amazing it was organized clean and the bed was so soft. The staff was very professional. I love that they had parking available for me in the parking close to the door. Nice touch is coffee and tea available 24 hours. Will definitely be back this place will be my go too.

Definitely need a car if you stay there. The neighborhood didn't look as the one you'd like to explore.

Clean hotel, decently sized rooms, the breakfast was included in the price and was good, location is excellent if you need to stay close to beaches or LAX.

Everything was very clean and neat. Complimentary breakfast had a nice selection. I’m vegan my partner isn’t she enjoyed a variety and I opted for tea and fruit although oatmeal was an option. The staff responded quickly with extra pillows and towels when requested. It was very quiet and peaceful. All in all an enjoyable stay if I go back to the Los Angeles area in the future this will be my go to and when I travel elsewhere I will be looking for a Best Western Plus first.

We we're very pleased with the service, and how clean it was. The stay the parking was secure, and breakfast was good. we plan to stay at this Best Western Plus when ever we visit the Los Angeles it puts us close to my family and friends :) :)

My room overlooked the busy S Western Ave, which was a bit noisy in the evening, but seemed to quieten down at night. I slept through, so it can't have been too bad.

This is modern hotel a short drive from LAX. The room was huge with a king bed as well as a lounge area. Everything was spotless and very comfortable. Great wifi and a large bathroom. The reception staff were great - cheerful and welcoming. There was ample on-site free parking and a very comprehensive free breakfast. I couldn't fault the facilities and at a great price.
