Pool was broken and empty. Front door was broken and half working. Service machine near ice machine was broken.

Breakfast was adequate. Room was excellent (might have been for handicapped). Additional door view port at belt height was delightful safety feature. Sheets were thin but adequate for season. Could not detect debris or hair on floor. Bathroom was large and spotless. Staff were very helpful.

If pool was warm so I could have gotten in it but besides that it was the cleaning lady , she could have opened my door when my grand baby locked us out when I was getting more towels and my baby was still inside. Instead she got scared and ran off saying she would get key but didn’t come back and when I seen her she just ignored me. Thought that was very rude and got me mad

The staff was great , very friendly and accommodating. Only issue I had was that the pool was cold since it just got refilled so we couldn’t swim but my grand baby still did, real trooper. The next day it was warmer but I still didn’t get in. The next day for some reason our room rate went up and it was a Thursday so wasn’t sure what was going on so we left, so never got to get in pool. But…. The place was clean and I did like the breakfast and staff, except for cleaning lady she was rude when my grand baby locked us out of room while my baby was inside. Asked her in Spanish if she could open door and she ran off saying she was getting key but didn’t and I had to walk to office to get key while baby was inside. But besides that great experience

That the sink and bathroom are separated and online it says they have a hot tub but they actually don’t but other then that nothing it’s was a very nice stay for the price !

Staff are very friendly! The old lady at front desk with glasses definitely deserves a raise ! Very nice lady !(:

Stay down the second floor no elevator and it smelled damp and musty everywhere up there they had dehumidifiers or humidifiers in the hallways with fans and stuff but it was just a moldy smell

The hot tub was unavailable and the air conditioning unit in Room 222 sounded like something was wrong. It worked but was very noisy when the air would come on.

Pillows were awful. No elevator ! I have medical issues that prevent me from safely going up and down steps. Breakfast was just okay. Phones didnt work.TV wouldn't work for a long while until we kept messing with it and reset the cable.

Location was great. Beds were comfortable. Coffee was great.

The sheets and towels in our room had stains on them. There were no towels in the pool area. several guests after us had to ask for towels as well. we only had enough towels in our room for 2 people and we had three. Hotel needs some things replaced. Seemed like new owners might have just taken over ownership?

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good. lots of choices.

It is nice when hotel rooms also include a comfortable chair for sitting (not just a desk chair); this room did not. ' The hotel does not have an elevator.

Room did not get cleaned the first day we stayed. No clean towels even. Breakfast was sketchy. The seem to have plenty of scrambled egg "mix" but ran out of bacon/sausage. Seems like an employee could run to local grocery store for items rather than just say they ran out. That excuse is an effective way for any business to increase profits. Customers expect to get what they paid for. Waffles were good - like most motels.
