TV Hdmi didn't work. Remote didn't have input. TV had a blinking red light while on standby mode. The woman at the reception made me go get a plunger very indiscreetly. Sheets, especially the top sheet could smell cleaner.

Having to go to the office because the room that was assigned to me wasn't available or ready. The first time, I was given a room that was occupied by someone else. On that same trip, my keyboard wouldn't work another day. This last trip, the original room I was given didn't have a TV, so after calling the office several times with no response, I had to go back downstairs to the office so that they could assign me another room. I told the desk clerk that I called several times. The number I was calling was the correct number, the phone didn't even ring when I called while I stood there speaking with her.

Smoking rooms and the tubs are clean enough for me to get in and take a bath.

I reserved a king bed w/ mobility accessable and smoking . I was told that they gave my room to one of the workers. I got a room with 2 double beds. The TV kept going off. I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk because the phone in the room didn't work. I took a shower in cold water and no water pressure. There was trash all over our front, food containers, empty milk cartons, food wrappers. Housekeeping just walked right by it, several times. The room didn't even have a dresser. The air vents had dirt a half inch thick😖.

The staff was very rude. At check-in the staff person questioned me vigorously about why I booked a room with 2 queen beds if I was alone, like I was trying to take advantage somehow. It took a long time to get checked in because he wanted to move me. I was exhausted and just wanted to get in my room. The next day, when I returned to my room the key didn't work. The person at the desk was very short with me like I ruined her day. She said that I caused the card to get de-magnetized. The following day I was careful to keep the card away from anything that would do that but it still didn't work and I had to wait in line for 10-15 min to get it fixed to get into my room. Lastly, the water pressure is terrible. I had to stand right up at the front of the shower and still, I could only get one side of my body wet at a time.

It was very clean & the bed was very comfortable. I was happy that there was a refrigerator & microwave in the room despite it not being in the listing.

Faucets in tub and sink - hot water was ok but cold water merely a trickle. Ceiling light not working. Not many channel selections on TV. Floor needs cleaning.

People that stayed here screamed and yelled down the hallways, a few people left there door wide open for hours on end not sure why I thought that was strange, needed more pillows/fluffier pillows, sheets were thin, walls were extremely dirty, and floors need to be mopped.

Allowed dogs for free. Best price of all other hotels in Nashville that allowed dogs

The place was ok but the room had blood on the floor n bathroom i called and no one came to clean it so i did. I didn't get towels n rags after the first day. I went downstairs and she said they will be there when I got back they were not. N the lady didnt bring them u ok when i called again
